Marena Recovery SFBHA2 Panty-Length Girdle w/High-Back-Step 2-XL-BGE

Originally bought the one with all the hooks & eyes up the side and had some issues with that one. But this one is perfect! It's comfortable, the fabric is soft, fits well, and the hooks at the crotch are pretty easy to manage (unlike the other one, which were too low and practically had to stand on my head - like i could do that after a tummy tuck). My big issue is the sizing chart. Had to try four times before I got it right. What a pain! The UPS guys got to know me pretty well. If this will help anyone else, I'm 5'1" and weigh 133, small boned, and the large worked. (If I'm large, what in the world are medium and small!!) BTW, works pretty well with bikini panties, but don't recommend regular cause you have to pull it up too high to pull those down.

Sized correctly, high quality, and most importantly, comfortable. Favorite thing about this compression garment is the ease of use of the "trap door" for bathroom breaks. It was easy to open and close in the middle of the night, half asleep.

I love this garment! I had lipo 360 last week and this is my 2nd Marena purchase. I also have the Marena garment my Drs office gave me. I sized up, I normally wear a medium or size 8-10 and a I got an XL. I do have a medium in the Marena that has the side snaps but it won’t feel okay until all this edema is gone. Hugh quality garment and exactly what I needed.

Sadly, this item is awful. The hook and eyes, the width and the fabric in the crotch are SO sharp and uncomfortable, it digs and pokes into my inner thighs so badly I can’t wear it: I loved the other Marena item I bought but this one is not usable. Be very careful buying since you’re not able to return. Just get the ones that are knee length and forget the panty version.

This product is exactly what I needed after abdominal surgery when I needed to wear a compression garment for a couple of weeks. It provides the same support as an abdominal binder, but without the bulkiness. It’s very soft and comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the adjustable plastic shoulder strap clasps dig into the skin. But you can just put a small piece of gauze between it and your skin.
