Great unit. Essential for hot rooms.
Worked flawlessly. Used it for over a year before movie and not need it anymore. Worth the investigation if it will fit in your window type. My room was always ice cold in the summer.

Arrived damaged
The plastic front of air conditioner was cracked upon arrival. Due to it not being delivered on time ,while we were in town , we just opened it to install and discovered it now. It still stays closed and the unit itself is functioning properly.

Easy to Use, Cools Fast, Great Buy!
Very happy with this AC! It’s quiet, cools the room quickly, and looks great in the window. The remote and Eco mode make it super convenient, and installation was easy. Perfect size for a bedroom or small living space. Highly recommend!

It’s great for the price
It small light compact. You need to buy the recommended bracket for the window separately, which I didn’t know. Buy the bracket especially if you live in an apartment building. It’s quiet enough. Cools off a small room quickly. Looks great.

Shipped quickly.
Been using this for a while now and I can tell you it works for my room but is definitely not quiet. Vibrates through my house when the compressor turns on. I bought this based on the claim of being quiet.
