Moroccan 100% Black Beldi Soap Hamam Organic Pure Natural Savon Noir Hammam (300g)

In terms of consistency, smell and appearance this soap is genuine to what I used at the hammam during my travels around wonderful Morocco. It’s really good for getting skin squeaky clean and I only need a small amount on my face to sort out problem greasiness. There are no frills or fancy perfumes, just a mild olive oil scent, and you get a generous amount for your money. The soap comes in a humble container with a home printed label, which for me added to the appeal and brought back memories of some of the honest and down to earth people I made friends with while over there. I’d also like to add that delivery was quick - thank you to everyone involved to help that happen under the circumstances.

The product is just like the ones I have found in Morocco, very good value for money. For best results stand under reasonably hot water and then smother yourself in it and leave for 5 mins at least. I shower with music in the background so I wait for at least 2 songs to end. Then scrub with a good quality exfoliating glove. I use it on my face as well with no issues, although I tend to just lightly scrub with the glove so not to irritate my skin too much. It does tingle a bit.

I love this stuff & have use black soap for some years. Remove all dead skin and leave you clean and refreshed … I use once/twice a week … absolutely brilliant stuff. I would never been without it. Helps with skin condition …

Money wasted, doesn't worth it

Smells same stuff as the Morocco version it is marvellous stuff I was sceptical at first as I have really bad skin even dove which is supposed to be the bees knees was irritating my skin this stuff does not and it really moisturises as well lives the skin squeaky clean I would advise using some moisturiser after perhaps avocado oil or something light if you have dry skin. I would highly recommend the Beldi though far cheaper then those expensive exfoliating creams soaps you get in high street shops. This stuff will last you a long long time little goes long way I suggest weekly use only though.

Good soap but expensive, arrived with the lid broken.

Order arrived very quickly. I am happy with my purchase and this soap is the genuine article. The price is extremely reasonable as well.

No ingredients so can’t say if it’s exactly like the real savon beldi I’ve grown up on but it smells the same, feels the same and works the same. Both my mum and I liked it and will keep us going until we go back to morrocco to stock up! Put it on wet hot skin and rinsed of. Scrubbed with kessa and dirt came off.
