I’m an absolute convert - delicious and a health-giving addition to my diet
I happened upon a video on IG where one of my most respected health gurus proclaimed avocado oil as one of the only two or three oils to take. I researched avocado oil from all sorts of online sources and decided to buy it. This one has the best reviews, from what I can say. I’ve used it on new potatoes, fresh, homemade sourdough and on brown rice. It has a light and extremely pleasant smell, gorgeous green appearance and I can really feel the benefits from eating this. I do like olive oil and am careful to seek out the best but this has edged olive oil from its top spot in my palate right now. Together with a protein rich diet and plenty of exercise, I have no qualms about taking this oil on a regular basis. Very much recommended!

A must have next to the cooker top.
This is a perfect multi purpose oil. Its delicate flavour is perfect for dressing and its high smoke point makes it a great choice for frying. Not deep or shallow frying, unless you have recently won the lottery, but where you just need a splash of oil. The Mafia haven’t got round to counterfeiting it like EV olive oil, so you know you’re getting the good stuff.

Parfaite pour Air fryer. Bio et de très bon goût, je l’utilise dans un pulvérisateur en fine couche pour cuisson au air fryer car extrêmement résistante à la chaleur. Cette huile a une bonne composition santé comme huile d’olive mais résiste mieux à la chaleur à 200 degré
