Would purchase again
Very tiny and I wish the openings were a little better trimmed. But the mold is cute, detailed and easy to use.

Great Mold! Be sure to watch the video for tips.
This mold is excellent! Watching the video gave tips for how to perfect the stamen using a ball tip tool and ensure petals of flower are flattened to the edges of the mold for full bell flower effect. Great mold, good video.

Takes practice, flowers, kind of thick
These molds are OK. It takes a little practice to get in the groove of making the flowers. I did not use any cornstarch, baby powder or water, the clay easily came out of the flower molds. I think they’re a little chunkier than what I was hoping for, but going back and looking at the video they’re pretty much like what was advertised so I can’t complain too much there. What I thought was not so easy is that the molds are a very, very soft rubber, which is good when you need to de-mold the clay. However, you have to pack the cavities full of clay in order to capture the details and because the rubber is so soft the flowers end up being kind of big (because the soft rubber mold has give allowing it to be stretched bigger). Even the smallest size produces a fairly large flower shape, but I do understand it has to be very pliable rubber or else you won’t be able to get your clay out so that’s a tossup. The other thing is the little petal tips at the outer edge of each flower. It’s hard to get those to be very well defined at all unless you make the flowers thick. At any rate, it did produce a lot of little flowers that can be used in jewelry and they will probably make great charms. I didn’t try to do any of the little flower stamens. Those just looked impossible to me so I didn’t even try.

Not a beginner friendly mold set
I have worked with polymer clay for years now as a hobby. I mainly make earrings for myself and sometimes as gifts for others. My friend really loves flowers so I got this in hopes of making her a really pretty set of earrings. That unfortunately didn't work out for me. To start with, let's state the obvious. These are not orchids. I think these are meant to be Lily of the Valley flowers. They're pretty either way but I don't know why the listing calls them orchids. The next thing is that this mold is so so so so small. Because of the size of the mold pieces it's so hard to get the clay out of the mold without damaging it. I've worked with molds previously but this was my first time working with a mold so small. I had a hard time getting even one flower complete without damage. The mold being so thick doesn't help either as it makes it harder to bend. They show it bending so easily on the listing but I truly did not find this mold easy to bend at all. This adds to the difficulty of removing the clay. I also think the price for this mold is just okay. I know molds tend to be more expensive than the shape cutters but I can't really justify the price when the mold is so difficult to use. Unfortunately for me I am shelving this mold because I couldn't get any of the flowers to look right. If you have a lot of experience with polymer clay this mold may be easier for you to use but if you're a novice I would highly advise skipping this mold and starting with something easier.

Smaller than they look!
First of all, these molds are such a cute idea and means of making these tiny little flowers. But by golly they must have taken the pics and demo video with someone with very small hands, because the molds were a bit smaller than I realized. The stamens are absolutely miniscule, and to be honest there's not enough size differentiation in the stamen selection (like how there's two distinctly different sizes of flower) to proportionally match the larger flower size, if that makes sense. Even the largest stamen seems a bit undersized in the larger flower. That being said, this mold is a lot of fun to play around with! I very much enjoy crafting tiny things so this is right up my alley, but I just think the pics are a smidge misleading. But you can get new and unique designs by switching up the color of clay you use, brushing on some pearl or multichrome powder to the outside of the flowers while the clay is still soft, and even try adding more detail in the petals with texture. I plan on leaving some bells hollow and empty without a stamen and using dangling beads instead - there's plenty of ways to customize what you make with these molds!

Perfect for small flowers
I have been wanting to make an earring chain with small flowers for awhile but have not gotten around to it, knowing how time consuming it would be. This mold is perfect for the job! It is quite tiny and does take some practice. I was able to make 16 flowers (4 of each size) in about 1.5 hours, which is timely but less than it would’ve taken me had I handmade each one. That time also included about 5 I scrapped and started over, plus the learning curve. In all it’s a good product and with practice can help. I like the various size flowers and stamens, and I love the holes on the bottom to assist with the attachment of the two pieces. It’s a clever design. Overall it’s a great purchase for jewelry makers and those who work with clay.

Great for artists
I make resin art and these are beautiful little molds that I can use for keychain accessories or earrings. The mold is very small so I use a toothpick to pull over the resin into it and when it’s done but still a bit soft, I use the eye pins provided and pull them through and use my pliers to cut it down some and roll the remainder into a hole so I can put my jump rings through to attach it to things. If the resin gets too hard for me to push through I just use a hand drill the same size as the eye pins, but to save myself the trouble I just do it while still soft and try not to get my finger prints on it.
