Can anyone tell me which seller on Amazon actually sells the genuine Panasonic battery and not a generic brand? I previously bought 2 on Amazon that was labelled Panasonic, but was sent a generic that didn't last a month.

I actually bought mine directly from Amazon.com with Prime. It no longer comes in this mint green color but an orange color. When I received it, I called Panasonic directly questioning the color and they assured me I received the correct battery. I purchased it on May 13th and it's still working great. It holds the charge and I can talk for hours on the phone again. Lol

I have found HHR-P104 batteries on other sites listed @ $12 for 2 pack; why are these so much higher?

I got 2 pack for less than $12. One worked for 3 days another for 2 days. I always wonder why do we Americans blame Alibaba for selling fake items when Amazon is doing the same thing. I miss Radioshack like stores. I want to buy Panasonic stuff from Panasonic store Not from third party on Amazon.

We've had our Panosonic cordless phone set for more than 9 years. We've changed the batteries for the first time less than 2 months ago. BTW, we purchased genuine Panosonic batteries. All 4 hand sets are in very good condition.

Will it replace HHR-P103?

I don't know about HHR-P103. What are the specs? This HHR-P104a is a rechargeable Ni-MH, 3.6V, 830mAh for a Panasonic phone with 5.8GHz 2.4GHz range. On the back of the package, it lists the Panasonic model numbers that it will work with: KX-FPG391, TG2302, TG2312, TG2313, TG2314, TG2322, TG2335, TG2336, TG2343, TG2344, TG2346, TG2355, TG2356, TG2357, TG2386, TG5050, TG5055, TG5200, TG5202, TG5210, TG5212, TG5213, TG5230, TG5240, TG6500, TG6502, TGA520, TGA523, TGA650. If you can find your model number in there, then it ought to work. (I take no responsibility for any typos that might be in that list, so double check!)I hope that helps somehow.
