This product worked better than I thought it would. I love the space saving aspect and had originally bought it so my laptop would be out of the way, but the other features are nice too. It hook it up to my home computer and it acts as a hub for USB, USB c, SD and micro SD. So if I want something off my work laptop I just plug it in and share instead of emailing it like before. Something I didn't think I would use but now love is the feet that extend out to hold your laptop, it can be all hooked up charging and not get hot because it's off the desk and the base is plenty heavy with good grip so it doesn't go anywhere. Would definitely recommend.

It works great as a dock for my MacBook Pro. There's a cable that work as charging and connects it to all of the extra ports.

Sucks that this does not have USB-C data transfer capabilities from PC-Dock-monitor. USB-C Dock to Monitor transfers data but can only get an image if you use the HDMI which defeats the purpose of buying the dock in the first place. Should have looked up this item more thoroughly as now I can’t return it. I use it for my iPad instead now… Update: The company has followed up with me and supported with identifying a solution for my escalation. Although it did not fully resolve my problem I appreciate the support they gave me.

There are a lot of docks out there, a lot have good materials but crappy electronics, some have great electronics, but crappy materials. This is a great dock that has both, and good packaging to boot. First, all the important areas of the dock are covered by soft pliable silicone to protect your gear. Even on the inside of the stand where you might put an edge of your laptop in tent mode is covered by silicone or rubber bumpers. The bottom has rubber bumpers to keep the stand from slipping, and the retractable arms are also covered with rubber bumpers where it makes sense and where it “sometimes” makes sense, which is great and appreciated for those times when you need to run a tablet or laptop in portrait mode. I really love the arms that come out and hold onto the edge of your tablet or laptop. They really allow for a stable surface to work. When you’re not using them, they double as the bottom cushioning for the stand. And you know, there’s not a bit of wobble on this stand. It’s impressive build quality at this value. The dock electronics are top notch. I tested the ethernet, USB C, USB A and HDMI, and all performed as expected. There was a limitation that my monitor was not connected faster than 60hz at 1080P, but it wasn’t advertised as being faster than 60hz, so it’s just a small disappointment. The USB C ports are not predetermined! You can put your 100w PD charger cable in either USB C and the dock will compensate. So use whichever port you’re comfortable with, it will work. A pleasant and premium feature. I didn’t really like the cable that came with the dock. It’s fairly stiff and also a little ugly. But I say that only looking for a negative. Most may find this all beyond just serviceable. Quuge is not a brand I knew, but now I know it and this dock is definitely something I can RECOMMEND!

Bought it to be able to connect my monitor to my macbook since they dont offer HDMI but the dock only works half the time. Not sure whats wrong with it but i cant seem to get it to work for anything.

The stand works and was compatible with my laptop (Samsung Galaxy Tab). However, whenever I had it plugged in, I noticed two things: 1. My battery drains when the stand is plugged in, even when the computer is sleeping. 2. It slows down my computer's ability to connect to the wifi down. I ran an internet connection test while I had it plugged in and when I didn't, and the test ran about 1/3 of what it should when I don't have the thing plugged in. I don't know if it's trying to hardline connect or what. It's weird to say the least. I'll keep using the stand as-is, but I'm not using the USB C dock anymore.

SO yea...I'm a heavy typer and with this being not super wide, and I'm using a 16" laptop on it, I feel like the laptop is not super sturdy and I have to keep struggling to try to type lighter. It does have every port you could want on the back and it is made of solid metal so it's durable and heavy duty, but it just doesn't work for me.

Nachtrag vom 18.06.2025: Nun vergebe ich fünf Sterne, da der Kundenservice einfach grandios ist! Mir wurde umgehend Ersatz geliefert, mit dem ich nunmehr vollkommen zufrieden bin. Außerdem wurde nach der Ersatzlieferung nochmal nachgefragt, ob jetzt alles in Ordnung ist. So stelle ich mir einen sehr guten Kundenservice vor. Docking-Station macht einen sehr soliden Eindruck, gut verarbeitet und ausreichend Anschlüsse. Gut ist auch, dass neben dem MacBook auch mein iPad einen sicheren Halt zum Laden findet. Ich kann die Docking-Station sehr empfehlen!

I was looking forward to this product because I haven't had much luck with other ones. This one works well, except the ethernet port is no longer functional. I'm hoping the other ports are more reliable.
