When I initially received these I was ecstatic to finally be the only member on my team that was hands free. However, two weeks after owning these, the button to the mic part had fallen off. and since then my coworkers say that I sound like charlie browns parents on the radio. I guess I see why my company stopped investing in these.

I like the way the earpiece and microphone fit and where they fit but, the earpiece sound is a little muffled. It's not as clear as other earpieces I've used. Not bad though.

We have purchased 12 of these and 4 have broken in just a couple of months. We have been unable to get a response from the seller.

The wire is a good price for what you receive. It comes with a an earpiece as well which is nice. The two biggest problems I have encounters is it does not fully connect to the Motorola xpr3500. There is a gap between the part that pushes together. Sometimes it is hard to take off the radio after you put it on. The second complaint I have is the talk button doesn't always work when you push it in. It takes a couple presses before it works. Overall for the price it gets the job done.
