Received a brand new, well packaged product. It works very well after charging it fully, and is by far the best epilator I tried. I used to use different silk epil devices. They do not work as well as this one for sure. For the record- this is not a pain free experience. None of the epilators will ever be pain free, no matter what is advertised. This device however doesn’t make you spend hours trying to achieve smooth skin on the legs - it is much faster. I haven’t tried the other accessories yet but the main one works very well - I was done with both legs in 20 mins. It does leave some redness and allergy looking dots - this goes away after 15 min. This happens to me after all the epilators anyway. If you are looking for a completely pain free experience, though, stick to the razor. 🙃
