Whats new about this Jeyes product? Is there a Jeyes with less of a strong smell?

The smell is bit less 'tarry' smell, I preferred the old type of thick brown, but the new one is clear and lighter smell

Is this concentrated and needs diluting?

I never dilute it - always just pour straight down the outside drains

Does this damage grass or harm the soil?

Not too sure about grass, but we use it on the soil in the winter to get rid of bugs etc.
