I have changed from regular coffee to this and I feel amazing
I really like this coffee! I personally don't add anything to it (no sugar, milk, anything!) and it tastes great. You can obviously add what you want, but I usually like to add milk or whipped creme to my regular coffee. This will definitely lower my calorie intake. Also, the caffeine in regular causes me to sweat and be gittery, no negative side effects to this one! I focus very well at work and makes me alert even if I am tired. I feel like I have become much more productive at work because of this and I also take this on my trips! Recommended!

I like to have fresh coffee at night after working the night shift and it’s hard to get fresh coffee when you’re working at a nursing home so I take my own and you always can get hot water and I love this coffee because it takes good flavor to it and you don’t get the jitters
