Great for cramps or regular backache! Amazing heat and you do want a layer between you and it. Massage is ok sound like an old Nokia phone when it does it so that part is not for discreet use.

This is awesome! It warms and/or vibrates. Great for period cramps or soreness or anything! The only downsides are that it has a super short battery life in between charges and that is frustrating. It also cannot be used while charging so thats annoying too but other than that, its great!

My daughter loves this. We got it for cramps. However she uses it all the time, ifs she chilly to warm up her core. She put it on her back after she had some pain after shoveling. Good battery life. Easy to travel with,it is lightweight

Love it, so far so good. Gets super hot on settings 2&3. Got to be careful not to burn your skin because it actually does get really hot. Vibration is super loud on all 3 settings. I will use that if absolutely necessary, but overall great for women like me with really really bad cramps.

Great for menstrual cramps.
