Gator lifts are amazing. We would never carry plywood without them. Very easy to use, grip great, and do not slip. One of the best purchases we've made. Moved 8 sheets of plywood and then job was three times quicker then without them. Would recommend to anyone moving plywood.

I picked this up because I had to move a bunch of plywood. I carried over a dozen sheets ranging from 1/5” to 3/4” and the Gator Lift made it so easy to do.The hardest part of using this is making sure you’re centered on the thing you want to carry but once you get it dialed in, it’s super easy and secure to carry with this device, especially if you’re on your own.It ships with two plastic pieces intended to protect the rubber surfaces that make contact with the sheet material. Once you lift up on the handle, it pinches the material.Over the 150 feet I had to walk using this, I switched hands without setting the sheet down and the Gator Lift didn’t lose grip once.Super secure, quality materials and construction. No doubt this tool will last a long time!

Was exactly what I needed! I rehab houses and most of the time I work alone which is tricky when I have bulky or awkwardly large heavy things to move. I just bought 5 sheets of 4x8 particle board and just the size alone is bad enough but add in the weight of each board and they are easily a two person move. This plywood carrier device was perfect for me handling each piece by myself. It never offered to slip once I picked up on the boards and gave a secure feeling as I walked with it around the house. Not flimsy or easily warped. It's well made and offers a single point to pick up any sheetrock or plywood or particle board you need it for. My only complaint is the handle is skinny so as I picked up on each haul it killed my wrist bending it back. Would help if the handle was maybe flat. So you could pick up heavier sheets like carrying a pizza palm up at shoulder height. Nonetheless I would still recommend this product. It's very useful.

I was in a position of having to move 4x8 sheets of drywall by myself, and knew I would be on my own. I had to carry about 22 sheets the first round 4 and then 10. The carrier is well made, and I am sure it is next to impossible to break. It is rough on your hands as your are in general supporting all the weight with one hand. You can you use two hands some, but you cannot do it very long as it is awkward. I gave it four stars as it is strong, and very reliable. It is much easier to carry than using both hands when it comes to maneuvering the product. However, it is still a bit of a challenge if you have multiple sheets of anything as fatigue in the hands and arms sets in quickly. Thankfully I only had to carry each piece (about 60lbs each) about 45 ft, but after 5 or 6 it started to become a challenge. Just keep in mind that it does help when you are on your own, but after 5 or 6 sheets you will need to extra will power to keep going.

Works great to lift panels. Remember to remove the plastic covering on the rubber pads.

Had to floor a basement to prep for an HVAC system to be installed. The lumber company delivered all the flooring (4x8) to the front yard. I needed to carry it all to the basement to work. This was a brilliant device. Clamped it in the middle of the side, put the handled on my shoulder and walked each piece easily to the site. As I was solo on this, it really saved effort 10 fold. If you even think you'll need one, get it.

Bought for hubby for his woodworking. Great addition to his shop.
