I’m notorious for cutting myself when prepping vegetables, but this "SupMaKin Upgrade Safe Mandolin Slicer" keeps my fingers completely out of harm’s way. It slices quickly, evenly, and with very little effort. Cleanup is easy too — everything rinses off nicely without food getting stuck, and it’s dishwasher safe. Storage is a breeze since it folds up neatly to tuck away when not in use. The instructions are clear, but when I’m cutting multiple items, I sometimes forget which way I last turned the dial and forget to zero out the blades. Not a big deal, just something to keep in mind. Overall, this is a well-made, safe, and efficient slicer that makes chopping and slicing vegetables fast and stress-free.

Works great for everything I’ve used it for so far. I’ve sliced a lot of carrots and potatoes with it and it was very easy to use. Clean up was a breeze and the setting for the blade depth mad it easy for making the kids some good crispy potato chips! Quick to used and the blades are sharp enough you don’t have to force anything!

Overall I think this is a great product. It takes a minute to understand how to change from slicing to dicing and the combination of turning two different knobs or not. My one recommendation would be that they make the directions clearer. But, it’s not that difficult, and so much easier and faster than trying to slice with a knife. I would recommend.

Well-constructed, designed with safety in mind and easy to store, it simply cannot be beat. Additionally, the adjustment of the thickness of the slices is simple and effective. Very intuitive.

The slicer is really effective! The blades are very sharp but the chute makes it safe . It completely disassembles for cleaning. However, once you pull out the main sled from the housing you need to be very careful with the exposed blade. I slice very thin ginger and celery very quickly. Note that you are limited by the size of the chute.

I have owned this for several years, now, and figured that I ought to let everyone know how wonderful this thing is. Honestly, my favorite use is French fries. I pop in a few potatoes, rinse, dry, and throw them in the fry pappy! Comparably….i think it’s a more health conscious option than processed and sold in a bag—all of my love goes into my homemade junk food! 😋 Easy-peasy! It’s easy to take everything apart to clean, especially if you do it right away. Just be smart and lower all of the blades and be careful when working with them. The device suctions to the counter, the feed is nice and big. The catch tray hooks right on without slipping around. I love the options for width of cutting. It really is one of my favorite kitchen toys! It seems to be really good quality. I take good care of it, but there isn’t much wear and tear.

The slicer is quality but all the plastic accessories are cheap and will probably be landfill long before the the slicer. The vegetable hooper is too small for bigger veggies, you have to slice them up pretty good just to get them in the slicer. The blade is not as dangerous/exposed as some other slicers when using it, but be very careful when you're cleaning it. For me, this slicer is my go to when there is a lot to slice, but it's not worth the cleanup when there is a small amount to slice.

L'accessoire est génial, et, pour en avoir un d'une autre marque, vraiment bien fichu. Il est vraiment très grand, le bac récupérateur également, ce qui permet de couper des grandes quantités sans avoir à le vider tout le temps. Je l'utilise quotidiennement, en particulier pour couper les oignons et émincer l'ail. Ce que j'aime vraiment dans ce modèle, c'est qu'il est aussi p'us facile à nettoyer, puisque la partie découpe peut s'ôter très facilement, juste en appuyant sur les deux encoches au dos. J'ai eu un souci avec l'un des éléments en plastique qui s'était cassé, le vendeur a fait le job en SAV et m'a renvoyé le produit, permettant je l'espère de pouvoir l'utiliser longtemps (et vu mon usage quotidien, soyons honnête, on ne s'en passe plus!).
