Flavors are yummy, I have tried several protein drinks that leave a bit of a grit feeling or diet taste etc. these are just plain good. I buy them repeatedly. They are a great snack if you just need a little something vs. entire meal. Very good.

This has a very good taste. I used it after a big surgery to aide in wound healing..the only complaint is that it is very expensive. I wish it wasnt of i would still drink it daily
