I’m giving this 5 stars because I absolutely love the John Frieda Radiant Red Shampoo & Conditioner. It keeps my red tones bright, shiny, and healthy-looking, and it smells wonderful too. My hair feels soft and vibrant every time I use it, and it really helps keep color from fading. That said, I do want to add an important warning about shipping. About every other order arrives leaking, and I end up having to send it back. The bottles need better packaging. Bubble wrap, sealed bags, something! Also note Amazon customer support has been amazing about this blunder. But it is frustrating because the product itself is fantastic. If they fix the packaging, this would be perfect. The formula is wonderful and totally worth it… just be prepared in case your shipment has a little shampoo escape adventure on the way to your door. 🚚💦✨

I love John Frieda Radiant Red Shampoo and John Frieda Radiant Red Conditioner! They keep my red hair vibrant and shiny without fading. My hair feels soft, smooth, and refreshed after every wash. The scent is amazing too. Definitely a must-have for maintaining bold, beautiful color!

I really love this product. I have strawberry blonde hair. As I get a bid older the red has been disappearing a bit. I saw a noticeable difference with this product. My red was popping again

Great shampoo for adding or keeping the red in your hair. Be aware that the color can show up on the towel or clothing afterwards even if fully rinsed out. Does help hold red hair coloring.

It keeps my hair red! I do have to make sure my hair is dry before sleeping or else I get some red on the sheets. I’m not sure if that’s from the conditioner or my hair dye.

This stuff really, really works! I recently put a rose gold demi permanent color on my hair. I tried a new brand that is highly rated over my usual Basic Instincts. I was very unhappy when most of the color, especially on top was gone after 2 weeks. The soonest you can re apply color is at 6 weeks, but I usually wait at least 3 months. I was thinking my hair was going to look awful for 2.5 months. I got this radiant red shampoo & conditioner by John Frieda. After the very first wash my hair had evenly distributed color all over. After the second wash, my color was as dark, if not darker than it was after the first day I colored it! I think most of the color lays down in the conditioner, but both the shampoo & conditioner are red coming out of the bottle. I will definitely use this anytime my color is fading. I was already a fan of JF blonde products. My natural color is blonde. I honestly wonder if coloring is even necessary with this product. I am going to try it alone next time I want to go from blonde to red. Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ A decent shampoo, but not the color saver I hoped for I really wanted this to help keep my red vibrant, but I didn’t notice much of a difference. Even washing in cold, cold, cold water, my red still slipped to orange within two shampoos. The formula itself is nice — it smells good, lathers well, and leaves my hair feeling clean without stripping it — but in terms of actually preserving red tones, it just didn’t deliver for me. It might work better for someone with a darker or more natural red, but for vivid red dye, it wasn’t strong enough.

First off I haven't used John Frieda in over 15 years and I can't believe it it has not disappointed me I started using it again as I'm getting older I am a cancer survivor I had chemo so my hair is unnaturally turning blonde and I figured I would just add some huge back to my red hair because I am a natural redhead strawberry blonde actually when I was young and became auburn red as I got older you know any redhead nose in the summertime it's a golden red and in the winter time it's a dark red Auburn it's you know it's just a change of the weather darker days darker red hair lighter days lighter red hair. Anyway as usual it's extremely smooth it's soft on my hair it's not abrasive leaves my hair smells great as always they have not changed their product in over 15 years I commend them and I hope they stay this way and I will be ordering on a subscription so I can keep that up I don't really need to dye my hair I'm not really into that eventually as redheads do we turn all white not silver when that happens I'll let it be white for now I'm not 50 yet I want to enjoy that little bit of hue that I have left in my red hair. In conclusion; smell, smoothness, and product price!
