Safe and good quality

The product is best for its price range. The balance of the staircase is well-designed, and the steps, made of fiber, are sturdy. It is lightweight and easy to move.

Strong useful for 14 feet

This is a heavy ladder with plastic footsteps , will be difficult for moving and both these attributes related to weight of the ladder and the material of foot step is not mentioned. It is all deliberate to keep customers in dark.

Positives - looks good, folds easily, has rubber stoppers on the legs which prevents the ladder from sliding or making a screeching noise while shifting. Negative - the steps are made of plastic and dont feel very sturdy. You have to climb on it carefully and often it feels like it will crack.

Very good product, easy to carry

The ladder is of sufficient height and metal quality is high but steps feel flimsy and doesn't inspire confidence, it's pretty stable, but weight is on the higher side.
