I have been a Thinkpad user for the last 12 years starting from T430, T460, and P15V(recently started giving some trouble) and as a supporting system, I bought this refurbished T480. So I meticulously scrutinized every detail starting from packaging, exterior, and internal systems when I received the product. Honestly, I didn't have any CONS until today, when my "CHARGER-ADAPTER" C-type stopped charging the LAPTOP.Packaging: Nice packaging, actually didn't feel regret of manufacturer's packagingExterior: Not a single scratch on the body, or the screen, absolutely spotless. But yes the overall case didn't feel exactly like a Thinkpad as there was no rubbery feel and lots of small nice branding stickers had been used. I was skeptical initially before I 'switched on' the laptop.System: The first thing I do is, enter the BIOS to check the given specifications, and yes it matches. Then after booting up the Windows first thing is the Touchscreen,USBs, HDMIs at last installing and running Lenevo Vantage system scan and performance run. All gave authentic reports. It's indeed a T480 with all specified components, except only 1 external battery working, I believe T480 has an internal too, but that really doesn't matter to me when using an old product.So my score was 5/5, until today when the battery completely discharged in nearly 3hrs when I was setting up the laptop. The charging adapter is not working, it has been working seamlessly last 2 days. I tried to test it with my USB C type mobile phone, same not charging. I contacted the NewJaisa, they were prompt to said me that they will replace it, lets hope that happens quickly

The media could not be loaded. I bought it on prime sale, it arrived on time, the laptop was all good, but battery has issues internal battery 0 not working and second battery discharges too fast. Shut down wit 100% and next day did not start up at all, had to put on power to boot again. contacted Amazon, as first I contacted newjaise no response to mail hence raised to Amazon. Now waiting for return.

Quality and Model is asper std suggestit is really Worth in this price.Product is seems to be good one, timely delivery, Windows 11 and others. Touch Screen.

The media could not be loaded. Things I like:- Good touchscreen.- nicely refurbished, no scratch marks.-The speaker works well.-nice screen.The drawback that I experience:-Charger heating up (thankfully, this is mentioned on my charger's sticker!)Small errors i have noticed:-I can't adjust my screen brightness and volume from my keyboard. I have to manually use the screen.- I am still trying to figure out how to turn on my keyboard lights; the lights work fine, but I am not sure how to do so from this keyboard.Was it a worthwhile buy?:- Definitely yes for me.I can fix the errors at any time I want.*things I expected but were not mentioned on the Amazon page*- Because it is a T480 model, I expected a fingerprint sensor and a trackpoint, but they were not present. After reviewing the Amazon page, I believe they should have mentioned what is missing so that we do not compare it to the new T480.

This laptop delivery was very late. It has deep scratch in touchpad that is why the cursor could not move properly even when you touch the pad multiple times. The touchscreen always hanged and cursor not working so you can’t do any work. It turn off itself after few minutes and never turn on again. Second battery missing and some keys on keyboard are even shaking when you touch. It looks really bad as there are big scratches and dent on the screen thinkpad sticker is also coming out. This is the worst quality laptop I have ever seen. I tried to return it many times however the Delhlivery courier service cancelled the return pick up continuously. I have to contact customer care 100 times to get this return. Do not buy laptop from Amazon they don’t care about fraud seller they will waste your time and money. I wasted almost 1 month without working due to this laptop it took 14 days to deliver and to get return and refund wasted another 10 days.

I recieved this laptop in a very good packaging.. Thanks to seller and amazon for safe and fast delivery. The laptop looks like a brand new.. its hard to judge that its renewed. Also performance is top notch. Windows loading very smooth and all the buttons are working good.. battery life is also very good. and no complaints. Sound quality is amazing..With such configuration and price tag its a must buy.. Go for it...
