Whether you're bouncing down a dirt road to your favorite trailhead, tossing it in the trunk for a weekend escape or living in the wild for a week, it holds up like a champ! When it's not in my car, I can easily carry everything inside, restock it and store it away. No more scrambling for gear when it's time to pack or digging through a chaotic mess in the back of your car. Keeps everything neatly sorted with it's color coded zippered compartments. Road trip pantry? Check! Emergency gear? Yes! Car camping and tailgating essentials? Absolutely! This isn't a flimsy bin, it's reinforced walls are rugged and easy to clean. I love the versatility! Remove the three zippered containers and now you have a fourth container you can fill with bigger items like your tent, two burner stove, or even some firewood. The smaller containers have handles and can really fit a lot of things inside. One container easily holds all of my cooking gear. Plates, utensils, cook pot, single burner stove and 1 lb green propane bottle. Most of all, I love it that I am always ready to go. No more spending hours getting all my gear together prepping for a trip. I'm ready to hit the road anytime the pressures of life get to be too much. My go to Rx is a stargazing, fire-crackling, forest bathing adventure made possible at a moment's notice by whoever designed this Kelty Car-Go-Box. At the time I bought it, I felt kind of guilty for spending this much money on splurge purchase. Now I realize that it has paid off in mental health dividends. Do not waste anymore time being so unorganized that you spend forever gathering everything you need - only to get to the middle of nowhere and find out that you forgot something important, like your fire starting kit! The Car-Go-Box has made it possible to make last minute plans on Friday at 5 and not have to wait until Saturday to leave, because all the packing is done. Just fill the cooler and hit the road! We all know that Kelty products tend to be thoughtfully designed. I would not trade my Kelty kitchen pack! This box, however, sets a new standard! One thing I love is that the bags have color differences that make it easy to identify which one I want to grab for use. The materials are sturdy and long-wearing. If there is one thing I might change, it would be to make the bottom panel a bit more heavy-duty. The bags are of a good size and, when full, this can hold a bit of weight. The bottom is pretty solid, but I think the weight distribution and carry would be improved if it were a bit stiffer. This is a **minor** design change and my guess is that the current design reflects consideration of overall weight. I find that this unit keeps me organized when I am camping and, just as a general place to put things I keep handy in my vehicle. Highly recommend.

Part of the what I call the Kelty trinity of camping bags. I have this, the roll up Chef bag (for my toiletries), and the deluxe kitchen Galley. I did a YouTube video on them. This car-go-box with organizers is great. I store my fire starters, camp lights, camp fans in them. I am looking to buy 2 more for clothing for when I convert a pickup or van for colder weather camping. Also considering using these for all my audio cables when providing sound for events. Very durable. 4 years and counting. Never a rip like other bags / cubes I used.
