Impressive Kreg Quality!
The only pocket screw I'll use in my Kreg pocket screw jig. As always: quality in..........quality result! Never a "dud" screw in their Kreg brand screw.

Kreg Pocket Screws
Must have in my Kreg Pocket Screw tool kit. This is the size I use when Kreg pocket screwing 2x material (1.5" thick) such as 2x4 or 2x6 for assorted projects around the home shop. I recently used them to fasten together a basic box structure made from 2x12's. I find that the Kreg products, when used properly, hold together well and make for clean, sturdy fastening methods.

Easy to use, producing solid connections
Kreg products tend to be a bit pricier than some others, but they're well-engineered and their screws in combination with their tools produce good, solid connections that may not be obtained with lesser screws, making it well worth the small price premium. Just remember to glue and clamp your connections to make sure nothing shifts as the screws are properly seated and you'll have great joints on your project in almost no time.
