I was really not sure before buying this product as there were no reviews anywhere when I purchased but I went to croma to see the model physically and after getting satisfied there I ordered the 512gb variant which is value for money at just 29,990rs only . A few honest review about the product based on pros and cons Pros Ram Upgradable 11th gen i3 processor (better than R3 3250U) 180° rotate hinges Metal body Cons Battery Avg. Display Avg. Key travel is wired in keyboard Based on the above facts I must say that this is not for gaming laptop but an entry level work laptop as I'll be using this for my work of frontend development (MERN Stack) So if you have a tight budget then go for it but if you can add another 5k (35k budget) go for HP 14s/15s with same specifications but much better quality and performance

Poor quality motherboard.
After about 14 months, just when warranty expired, motherboard went bad. No repair possible as motherboard not available with even service centre and moreover so costly replacement of motherboard. Total waste. On quality aspect: 1. Below average display clarity/brightness 2. Below average sound from built-in speakers.

Suddenly stop responding
Observed in last 3 months, 2 times it's stop responding while working. No response to any keys to keyboard or mouse. Need to press power button forcefully to shut down and again to turnning on.
