I bought this ladle to make egg foo young at home. The ladle is the perfect size for this. My egg foo young came out perfectly! However, be aware that the wood part of the handle will come off easily. It came off after my first use. My husband glued it back on, so we'll see how long that lasts. He said if it comes off again, he could put a screw in the side to secure it better. I don't care either way because the metal portion is long enough for what I'm using it for.

I bought this as a wood chip scoop for my smoker. The handle randomly came loose one day. Super glued it back in. Twice. Does the job. Not sure I’d want this in a kitchen.

Gets hot or wet and the handle will come apart... Size is good but quality lacking unless you want to use the wooden nub of a handle might be better looking for an all metal option

We went through about 4 iron utensils of the same kind that would were strong at first, but were brittle and start cracking and eventually breaking. This is lighter, easier to use, stronger and just overall better. And for the price it's a steal.

I was concerned that this might not match the high quality of my wok spatula and slotted server however it exceeds their quality. Very sturdy with a very nice finish!
