Perfect hub!
Works perfectly with my Lenovo ThinkPad! I’m using all ports on this hub except for Ethernet and the SD card slots. I can finally connect my laptop to all my devices with a single cable, as previously I connected three cables (charger, USB hub and HDMI). Does not heat up for me as other comments have stated and stays pretty cold, I would reckon around 30 degrees. Thanks so much UGREEN for making yet another amazing product.

Heating issues
For some reason it heats up when ever you connect anything to it i changed to a wireless mouse but still heats

Good but not perfect
All ports work fine except the RJ-45 which is regularly disconnecting.

Never Worked
I bought this item, tried to return it, problem is that I threw out the packaging, and Amazon states that the packaging must be with the returned product; now I'm stuck with junk. Whilst I understand the rules, it still leaves a bad taste.
