We took the RC truck to the local BMX circuit, and it didn't miss a beat. The thing survived 30 minutes jumping and flipping on ramps. It's quite fast even at 70% speed. At 100% you're doing wheelies. Surprisingly high quality for the price. Highly recommended.

Great remote control car. My son loves these cars and has a collection! He loves the speed of this car but there have been a few plastic pieces that have broke. My husband broke out the super glue to help repair but the skin has cracked again. You have to be prepared for parts to break and be ready to repair with this specific car!

Basically the same as the mjx 1/16, these little rc's are the best bang for your buck. Out of the box it performs well and is very durable, only thing that broke partially with were the body mounts, other than that their built tough. Stock esc and motor are only 2s capable on this model. I swapped over a hobbywing esc from another rc and a 2838 3800kv motor capable of 3s and what a difference in handling, control, throttle, and power on 3s and the upgraded esc. Running on 3s eventually will wear out the front and rear differentials as well as the spur. Upgrade the diffs to the steel diffs and get the hardened steel spur and you will have one of the best 1/16 bashers out there for the money. Throw on some proline badland tires and you will be ready to hit the dirt, grass and pavement in no time.

As said, it's fast, even on 70%, and seems to be built very well. Although one battery has a cell that drains quite alot more than the other, and under the safe cut off of 3.2V, causing erratic behavior. The other battery works just fine 👌. Hopefully the seller can help me out!

Got on sale for $70 (have seen on sale between 80-90 regularly). Ended up returning due to delay from reverse to forward seen in video. Support didn’t get back to me for a week so I just returned it but see below for review of the week I had it: On pavement: It has really nice grippy tires which seems nice, but to be honest it ends up being a detriment because its stance is shorter, narrower, and just taller than most 1/16 trucks. When you pair that with the speed/torque this truck has, it can’t drift around because it pulls the front tires up to much at low speed, and pushes them to much at high speed. It will wheely flip right off the go which is cool at the start, but not too fun after the first couple drives because you keep having to put it back on its wheels. If you do get it sideways, it cartwheels because the tires have so much grip. It does alright off road, but could stand to be a touch wider/taller for much more than short grass or dirt. As long as your not in anything too tall it’s fun, but if you are in tight quarters and want to go between forward and reverse it’s hard because the delay seen above and how “on/off” throttle is (it doesn’t like to go slow). In spite of that it was still fun enough just due to the build quality, durability, and dirt driving experience, but I ended up returning it due to the delay seen in the video when switching from reverse to forward as well as it shutting off in about 10 min when using it hard (overtemp safety I’m guessing because once it cooled it turned on and ran fine again). I contacted support on Amazon and Facebook who both sent me to their service email to see if I had a fault causing the delay, but after sending video and a week of waiting I never heard back and returned it. Again, well built, but I found another truck on sale for basically the same price that didn’t have these problems and is 3S capable… I would get cheaper harder tires and wheel spacers to make this truck a lot more fun… but at that added cost your in the $150 rc range that is 3S capable and doesn’t need these add ons as much… hence the 3 stars for the over all truck rating (paired with having a problem)
