Brilliant kettle I absolutely love it. This is my second one as I lived in a hard water area. Great capacity and easy to fill. Cleans up really well. Quite expensive but looks amazing

No plastic at all!! This should be mandatory but it isn’t & so finding a plastic free kettle was an utter headache. Some would say plastic free but weren’t, this IS!! Neat kettle that holds more than it appears it would. Stylish. Only downside is how expensive it is.

Quality stainless steel rather than plastic. Looks very impressive with retro styling and classy artistic finish. The guide leaflet says remove the spout filter before using and when it needs cleaning.Supposed to be easy to remove but I could not shift it.Design of how it fits may have changed as picture in instructions looks different.

Love my new kettle. It arrived one day earlier then expected. After unpacking it didn't disappoint. The yellow is more of a mustard yellow in the handle, base and part of the lid. Nice though. The patern on the kettle body is beautiful. Flowers and butterflies fill the space on a background of a greenish yellow. The kettle itself is metal, the handle and base are plastic and the metallic lid has a plastic insert. The switch has a blue light that lits when the kettle is on. There's a dial in the kettle's body that shows the water temperature as it rises. It's quick enough boiling water and the noise doesn't bother me at all, but the most important thing for me is that it only consumes 2.2kw. The majority of kettles have a consumption of 3kw but I wanted something less costly to run. Working from home since the beginning of the pandemic means that the kettle works at least 6 or 7 times a day minimum so that's an important point. All this said, I'm very happy with my new kettle.

Favourite kettle but not working after 1 year. I ordered this kettle in January of 2025 and was very impressed when it arrived. There is no plastic and it has a decent size capacity for water. After about a year I started experiencing issues as the handle came apart and the boiling switch wouldn't stay down when I wanted to boil water. Luckily I was able to get in touch with and agent who immediately found a solution to my issue, would recommend picking this kettle up if you are looking to avoid plastics

Looks nice when when the kettle is new out of the box but after 2 months of use the chrome "effect" finish started to bubble and now is pealing off in the areas where the handle attaches to the kettle,around the temperature dial and also around the trim on the base of the kettle revealing that the chrome finish is in fact grey plastic with a thin sliver foil covering,,wish a had read all the reviews on this product as this issue has been highlighted here before with photos UPDATE Hazel Quinn got in touch the next day after seeing my review as I did not contact them directly and after providing photos of the affected area's they dispatched a replacement kettle via Amazon Prime within 36 hours of sending the evidence of flaking,,cannot fault their after sales service ,,will see how things go with the replacement Kettle and did not even have stress of returning the old kettle,,will see how things go with the replacement kettle but cannot fault their aftersales service

Why did you choose this product over others?: I hope this set gets the recognition it deserves. Why don't I get many people talking about the beauty of the design and the great features? It's an amazing piece for kettle, I highly recommend it.
