Great toy for games
This toy lasts! We have 85 lb 1yo rottweiler who loves to play hide and seek with this toy. We'll let her chew on it a few minutes between searches and she hasn't punctured it at all. I'm sure if we let her have it for an extended period of time eventually she could rip it up, but using it as a reward toy and as something to hide and have find works and it should last a long time

Favorite Toy for a GSP
Top toy in our pup's rotation. We've taken this thing everywhere with her and its lasted a long time. It isn't too hard or heavy and its easy to chew (especially for your lil land sharks haha). I've had this for about 6 months now and its still a good toy to use.

Not a flying disc
I am updating my review, and have added several stars. My husband still hates it, so I didn’t give it 5 stars. My original review: It “flies” like most things do when you toss them, but not like a flying disc. I think it’s overpriced and stupid, though the material and color are nice. My dog retrieves it because she retrieves anything. I wish the manufacturers would design it to work better before selling them. However I am keeping it because if I throw it from over my head perpendicular to the ground, it rolls, and she enjoys chasing it. So: I was disappointed, but it’s ok I want to add: I’ve grown to really like it. If you think of it as a rolling disc, rather than a flying disc, you won’t be disappointed. It actually feels safer to have her chasing something on the ground than her leaping in the air. It’s sturdy, yet not hard on her teeth or gums, very easy to clean, and the bright yellow color is easy to see.

Our 5+ (now 8+) m/o Boston girl LOVES this toy
*12/21/23 Revised: She has become destroyer of toys. This little gem is tougher than she is. She plays hard with it and It is still in great shape. It's soft enough that it can be VERY gently and carefully tossed indoors too. I may get her the bigger size one come springtime.* Got her the small size yellow disc. It is perfect size and flexibility for her little self. I chose yellow for visibility. She cracks us up when she carries it around with her little face sticking through the center. Our little sunflower. I try to spend a few minutes several times a day tossing flying toys for her in the back yard to help her burn up excess energy, share fun time, exercise the muscles etc. Another benefit is that the running around, just like zoomies, makes her get her "business" done in a more timely manner. Very helpful for reinforcing the all "business" is to be done outside housebreaking process. Wish I could get a pic of our little sunflower to share here. She's so stinkin cute She has a ton of toys to chew on/play with so this will likely last a long time for her. Can't speak to how well it'd hold up for a super chewer, serial toy destroyer, or a large & bored dog.

It's a good disc, just know it's small.
This is a small disc flyer better suited for indoors. It's a soft rubber and flys well! I have a Cavalier King Charles girl who is frisbee fetching obsessed! We have a nice full size disc for outside play. This yellow disc we play in our long hallway. It satisfying for her.

Safe for mouth and holds up to him chewing it
Little smaller than I would have liked, but my dog loves it. He especially loves that I can throw it and he can catch it without cutting his mouth, like his old frisbee.

Not helpful for high energy dogs
I’ll give it 3 stars since it’s soft and easy for my dog chew on and seems well made, but this is not really a useful toy for working/herding dogs who need to be vigorously exercised daily. The disc can barely be thrown more than 20 feet before hitting the ground and its flight pattern is less than consistent. My dog also understands it’s one of his “jobs” to carry the frisbee to and from where we are playing, but the design of this toy also makes that difficult for him. I bought this primarily for the ability to easily clean it, but just going back to one of the parachute/kevlar fabric ones that actually can fly some distance.

Maybe not what you're expecting?
To call this a flying disc is kind of an exaggeration. It doesn't "fly" like other products, it's really too heavy to fly. You can throw it really hard and it will "fly" but not float in the air. THAT SAID, *I like it* because it's soft in my dog's mouth who already has two canine teeth severely worn down from OTHER frisbee/flying squirrel type toys after 8+ years. *She likes it*, and it works VERY WELL indoors. Just have realistic expectations.
