Been doing long distance tri's for years. Over time I have become very sensitive to products used. This product is easy on my stomach and provides me most of the electrolytes i need for training. The packets make it convenient and I also have the bag if I am making bottles at home.

I was looking for some that was not filled with chemicals and junk.This is it!No after taste no fake sugar products. It is all natural and I can honestly say it is delicious. Strawberry lemonade is my favorite. I just ordered a box of just that. Not that the other are not good, because they are.But Strawberry lemonade is my favorite. I will keep ordering this for sure.

I really enjoy this drink. It doesn’t have any dyes or unnecessary additives. It does its job. I feel better when I’m running with it than without it or just with water.

Scratch product is excellent - the best of its kind. I am a loyal purchaser and user.However, Amazon delivery was questionable - delivered in a soft package with zero padding so thin cardboard box was in tatters. Luckily the powder packets were intact. But clearly Amazon needs a more suitable packaging solution for this product.

I love these! I have tried others and keep coming back to these. Yes they have sugar, and a decent amount. If you are not overweight or a diabetic, stop obsessing over the sugar. They are about half as much as a Gatorade. The sugar helps give energy for the recovery. Certainly beats the unknown of an artificial sweetener. And just because something is derived naturally like stevia, that doesn't guarantee it is safe. Plain old cane sugar is tried and tested. As long as you don't over do it, it is perfectly safe. Flavors are good and each pack can make 16 oz.
