Worst product and even worse customer service!! The product is not worth usage and no replacement is provided by amazon. Service provider is a person who is not in a mood to provide and help or guidance. Replacement is not an option. Think twice if you are planning to purchase this product from this provider.

Good product but not much better. Packaging was very nice Noise cancellation is just ok Easy to use. Looks also good Performance is ok It's good for beginners. Needs to be improved near future.

Good product. It serves the purpose for basic needs like online meetings, singing and being able to listen to one's own voice clearly, and comes with various voice settings. I would definitely recommend this product. The customer service is also proactive and an executive reached out after the product was delivered. The instructions to set up are easy to follow. All in all, a good purchase and I am a happy customer.

The condenser mic quality is pretty good for the price, and so is the ease of use. But in this, i found that the recording on phone is useless and very poor quality. The headphones i got were also very poor and one of the aux cables wasnt working. But of you intend to use it on computer and record- the quality it produces is very good. the sound card is also decent with some nice features…so consider your usage and then buy. I took it for occasional fun use and for that it serves my purpose well…if you want something serious, you might want to spend more. The Customer Support on this is excellent though. I called them couple of times and both the times they helped me with installation and queries. Never in rush and took their time to resolve the issues completely…so full marks for the customer support. They are quick and responsive.

Good product if you are an entry level singer. Mic quality is good. Not suitable for mobile that much. Useful for laptop and studio.
