It works. Eliminates my sweaty palms. Grip is great. I focus mostly on strength training and liquid chalk lasts a full exercise (3-4 sets of heavy weight). I use twice, maybe three applications during my workout. My workout routine typically lasts about an hour and a half. Squeezing out about a dime size worth. Rubbing my palms together. Dries really fast and doesn’t leave a mess on equipment. Perfect for those high maintenance folks around us.;)

Does the job! I like the bottles are small with the carabiners that can be used to attach to the outside my gym bag, so it’s easy to find and ready to use when needed. Haven’t used a lot of different brands of liquid chalk to compare quality but definitely prefer it over dealing with the mess of solid chalk blocks.

Such a great product for the price!! The grip of the product is so useful. Easy to use and it last awhile, amount of time needed.

Ive used this chalk for a while now and I came back and bought a second bottle because it’s works very well. The main thing I have to say about the product is the durability of the bottle I dropped mine outside of the gym and the bottle completely exploded from the bottom. I don’t know if it’s the way that it fell or the fact that it fell on concrete but I have never seen that happen. Other than that it is a very good product.

I got this for my son to use when he goes to the ninja gym. He was having trouble keeping his grip on the metal bars. It's easy to apply, & makes him feel more comfortable. It keeps his grip & prevents him from slipping. He needs to apply it 2-3x per two hour session depending on what he's working on. No issues with messiness or anything. We will get this again when he needs it!

If you’re working out at a public gym that doesn’t have chalk, this works so well. Put it on, and after 1-2 mins you’ll have the exact same feeling and grip as you would with regular chalk. Also very durable, it doesn’t come off as easily as normal chalk, and I only have to put it on once or twice for an entire lift session.

Chalk is solid and smells nice but the bottle cap is really cheap. Mine arrived broken. The chalk doesn't even squeeze out of the normal hole and comes out of the breakage instead.
