Good price, and serves its functions. We had to pay someone to set it up for us, but it works just as well as described by the sellers.

Bed arrived with a broken part, but after contacting the seller, I was able to get a replacement part. I also had trouble understanding the instruction manual, but a tech asked me through the process.

I bought this bed for my elderly father to provide comfort, and easy sleeping accommodations for him. The bed was very easy to put together, as I did it on my own within a short time period. The parts weren’t too heavy for my either which was a relief. The remote which controls the beds movements was very easy to use. My father figured it out in no time. The comfort level of this particular hospital bed is incredible. I’m very happy with my purchase and even happier with how easy and how comfortable it has made my father

The motor won't raise the bed. The head and feet work but the bed won't go up. It worked when I put it together but now just a week later it stopped working.

Review: Acceptable Product, but Major Issues With Delivery, Assembly, and Support The hospital bed itself appears to be acceptable once fully assembled and in use. However, the overall setup experience and customer servicewas very disappointing. When the delivery arrived, multiple packages were damaged, with the ends of the cardboard boxes ripped open. This raised immediate concerns about handling during shipping. The assembly instructions were extremely difficult to understand. The directions were unclear and poorly organized, making the setup process frustrating and far more time-consuming than it should have been. Several parts were broken upon opening the packages. While we were eventually able to work around these issues, broken components should never arrive with a medical product. Customer service was also unacceptable. The only support option available was an online chat with the manufacturer, who told me they could not help and that I needed to contact the seller. Since the bed was purchased through Amazon, Amazon then directed me back to the manufacturer’s website, leaving me stuck between the two with no real assistance. We did eventually get the bed put together, but only because my brother was able to figure it out on his own. For someone without that level of problem-solving ability—or for a caregiver already under stress—this process could be extremely stressful. In summary, while the bed itself seems to function as intended, the damaged packaging, broken parts, confusing instructions, and lack of customer support make this a difficult product to recommend.

WORST INSTRUCTIONS EVER! It took me hours of extra time to figure out how to assemble the bed due to very poor instructions and dark, grainy pictures. They were basically of no use at all. Other things to know: The side rails don’t lower far enough to not be in the way when getting into the bed. (Basically at the same height as the mattress so when you sit down you get the rails up your bum.) The hand controls for the bed to raise and lower are not lit so they are difficult to use at night.

Absolutely a great product. Very reasonable pricing.
