I have both the 17¨and the 30¨models of this Lawn Level. I purchased the 17¨last year and was extremely happy with the build quality and durability. I purchased the 30¨model just a few weeks ago, hoping it would match the quality of the 17¨and it does! Very happy with both, especially at this price point!

Take was working fine for the first 30 min. Then as I was using it the joint that connects the base to the handle broke. The metal seemed to be very weak at that point and that handle just came right off ripping the sautered metal. No way to repair.

It’s so heavy is digs into dirt instead of spreading evenly

Used it to level 8 yards of dirt over 1200 square feet. At first I thought I should've ordered the larger one. But it does get a bit heavy pushing a lot of dirt around. Most of the area is flat, but transitioned very nicely from the hill to flat area. Put a hook on the garage wall and hung up nicely.

I had a large hill to prep for sod and this helped great with leveling. Heavy duty and easy to use.

Too good to be true. Received a 30" rake, not 40" as listed.
