I don't know if these are healthy per se but they feel like a healthy snack which takes a little time and care to eat, which in turn satisfies the craving for something to keep you a little busy / not bored, which is too often our reason to snack. These are extremely sticky, so they are packed in a tough vacuum sealed plastic. This means you have to be at least a little mindful eating them... you have to get up to get the scissors, you have to eat carefully so you don't get everything sticky, you have to throw away the plastic without getting sticky, etc. I know this makes it sound like a bug, but this is a feature when so much other junk food is so easy eat, you can make 10 servings disappear in an instant without evening thinking about it. I like the mild sweetness, the dense and chewy texture feels like you're biting into something, not just inhaling air like with a lot of popped treats. I guess they're kind of expensive too, so you need to moderate intake anyways... treat it properly like a treat. Anyways, I recommend trying them out!

This was very disappointing. The sweet potato sticks were so hard, I couldn’t even get a bite out of it. I would not recommend it at all.

Not quite what I was looking for. It was kind of okay, but the pieces were moist and sticky. I was looking more for sweet potato jerky/leather. Flavor wasn't bad, but don't think I'd buy again

They taste good, but they are very pricey and they didn't arrive when promised.

Perfect little blocks of dried sweet potato. Good sweet potato. Surprisingly filling. Yummy.
