I bought these specifically to work my triceps. I attached them to my bench with a short curl bar. They work perfectly for what I needed them for. Resistance is perfect.

Terrible design, literally "snapped" right on my tenth rep of chest flys, first use. I put quotes on snapped because they actually just came apart. They weren't tied, looped, or secured to the carabineer clip in anyway. Just shoved through this tight rubber in hopes it would hold. Resistance was great but extremely unsafe. If it had come apart at the opposite end and hit me i would be demanding a refund 😅 but 17$ for two oh well

Some reviewers complained they only received one but I received two and they look like the picture. Also does what’s advertised so it’s a win!

The booty sprout machine comes with 3 “45lb” resistance bands. Then I got these 2 “50lb” bands. They’re smaller and much less resistance than the bands that come with the machine. I don’t know which one is correct….

Used it on my hip thrust platform, it gave me the Resistance needed. Length was perfect. Would recommend.

I really like these for my curl bar

The resistance felt more like 15lbs instead of 50. They also smell quite bad.

The resistance of the band isn't anywhere near the stated 50lb.
