I bought these specifically to work my triceps. I attached them to my bench with a short curl bar. They work perfectly for what I needed them for. Resistance is perfect.

Some reviewers complained they only received one but I received two and they look like the picture. Also does what’s advertised so it’s a win!

The resistance felt more like 15lbs instead of 50. They also smell quite bad.

The booty sprout machine comes with 3 “45lb” resistance bands. Then I got these 2 “50lb” bands. They’re smaller and much less resistance than the bands that come with the machine. I don’t know which one is correct….

Used it on my hip thrust platform, it gave me the Resistance needed. Length was perfect. Would recommend.

The resistance of the band isn't anywhere near the stated 50lb.

Bands are to small. Have put two together just to use it correctly.

These bands were bought for my wife for what is essentially a Booty Sprout machine. I would have bought directly from Booty Sprout, however they no longer will ship to Canada. While the bands do work, they do not have nearly the resistance of a proper Booty Sprout cable.
