Noctua NM-AMB12 chromax.black, Offset AMD AM5 Mounting Bars for Improved Cooling Performance (Black)

Perfect little bracket to offset my air cooler a little bit lower on my cpu. This gives slightly better thermal contact on an AM5 cpu. Does what is expected of it, good quality, good fit and is a cheap little addition to my system.

No compatibility issues. It just worksInstalled on my new x870e motherboard with my old nh-d15 and it just works.

5c drop in temps with this plate well worth it (altho it did seat the CPU cooler lower which very slightly bumps into the GPU)

7800X3D prime-95 stress test 66.4°C maximum with one fan on nh-d15. Very impressive.

I installed add-on to my Noctua Noctua NH-D15, it was easy and straight forward to install and the result are instant, my CPU is running between 1 and 2 DegC less under the same loads, which is a big win in my book.

- Fits perfectly with my NH-D15.- Cheap- With my motherboard, I cannot use the offset (-7mm) position. However, the standard position keeps my 9800X3D cool.- I would advise looking at the Noctua motherboard compatibility list
