Best Deal on Sale
I had a cheap "gaming" chair before and was disappointed with it. the cushion was flat from the get-go, the quality felt cheaper than the price, and the gimmicks were absolute gimmicks which would wear out after the 3 time using it. This chair however has given me a great first impression. The assembly was easy, and the quality feels superb, (the pu leather has better feel than expected and the mesh is firm yet flexible.) The seat made out of foam is also firm but soft enough that I feel comfortable and that I'm not sinking and hitting the metal or too hard that I'm sitting on a rock. The mesh back is right where I would want it to be, being able to support me, while keeping cool. The lumbar support was not as adjustable as i thought, but it still able to adjust and lower it to where i want on my spine. The head rest/cushion is also adjustable and feels as good as the seat. Not too hard, not too soft. id give it a good 9.4 where it fits what i was looking for but definitely some bonus points for it having such a good price while on sale.

Excellent chair, ergonomic, heavy duty
This is an excellent chair on sale for around $100. It is heavy duty and bit on the larger side, not a cheap chinese toy. I am giving it 5 stars at this discounted price, otherwise it would get 4 stars as the 4d armrests sometimes move around, but at this price point is a non issue. Seat material is nice, not cheap you cant lose for a hundred bucks.

I prefer this to my Herman Miller chairs, and here is why...
I prefer this chair over both of my Herman Miller Mirra and Mirra 2 chairs. I have owned the chair since the holidays, use it every day, and I am qualified to say we have been lied to by the industrial and media "chair snobs" ;-) that suggest gaming chairs are inferior for office work. I was so convinced by the typical online narrative that I never would have even tried a gaming chair had this one not advertised a 'keep cool' feature for not over-heating during long gaming (or office sitting) sessions. In addition to being sturdy, comfortable, offering 4 way adjustable arm rests and feeling like a premium product, the chair does keep me from getting hot as the seat materials do a good job of not absorbing heat. As I write, it is winter in Texas, so I am happy to report the cushion is not cold either. It is simply a neutral fabric. The cushion itself is reasonably thick, though the newer model is slightly thicker. The seat is quite large with a lot of room for longer legs and height (though I am 5'11). It feels somewhat firm, not a cushy as I might have liked, but it feels like it just gets more comfortable the longer I sit in it. I love leaning back in it and putting my feet on a foot stool or the desk. If I wanted I could lean all the way back and take a nap. though, I have little reason to do so, as I work from home and can easily go to the sofa if I need a quite siesta. I have two cats, so its nice to know the chair has "scratch proof" fabric. So far, so good on that front. In comparison to my Herman Miller chairs, this one tops both of them in comfort and (in my opinion) ergonomics all day long. The Herman Miller is a cold seat, which isnt great for winter, and not even great in the summer, because with the A/C on it just feels cold and hard. It doesn't have a full head rest, and there is about the same amount of space in the seat for the torso. Even at the full MSRP, this chair provides so much more value and comfort than the Herman Miller, that I am disgusted to have misled so badly by what I have read online. Lastly, this chair looks nice on camera in my meetings. It is professional, adds a splash of color, but doesn't in any way seem unfit for an executive. One more thing, I love the lumbar which stays in place as you slide it up and down to fit where you need it. This works better for me than the knob you turn to adjust lumbar in the Herman Miller. My only complaint for the chair is minor. The pillow is so full and puffy it serves almost no purpose. I find I only need a pillow if I want to lean back and browse or game. For that purpose I bought a pillow that Razer sells and added a bungee cord so I can take it on and off. I hope my review helps dispel the notion that office chairs are superior to gaming chairs, irrespective of the maker.

Comfy, but too high - FIXED
Received the chair three days ago. Assembling the chair took about 30 minutes, using an electric impact driver with an Allen wrench bit. Assembly using the provided multi-tool would probably add another 30 minutes to assembly. The only step which I found confusing, was Step 2 in the instructions. It sort of shows the attachment of the armrests in this step, but not clearly. Attachment of the armrests needs to be finished prior to installing the handles on the tilt mechanism. The chair is extremely comfortable for most tasks. The only drawback to this chair is that the lowest setting of the chair is higher than the usual chair. The armrests do not go low enough to fit under the edge of my desk, and the height of the seat makes driving with a wheel and pedals feel like every car is a truck. (This cost one star.) The previous aside, this chair is very comfortable. Both the seat and the backrest are a very firm foam, giving a comfortable yet supportive surface, similar to a car seat. The seat fabric is of a seemingly high quality, and the PU leather on the back looks natural. The tilt mechanism operates smoothly, and the included lumbar and headrest pillows add to the comfort. EDIT: I solved the height problem; it's the wheels. I replaced the oversized wheels on the chair with wheels from a "retired" office chair. It doesn't seem like it would make a significant difference, but it did it for me. TLDR: Very comfortable, but an option for smaller casters would make it almost perfect.

Best gaming chair on the market. I'd by 6 more of them then ever spend another $650 on secret labs.
I've owned the secret labs cyberpunk edition chair before purchasing this one and it cost me $650. I would rather buy 6 of these chairs at sale price or pay the full price of $300 6 times then ever buy another brand of gaming chair. That's how comfortable and high quality built this chair is. There's 1 Con but only for shorter people. The wheels are really high quality and larger then average for a smooth roll, this makes the chair sit higher even if you lower the chair all the way on the handle that makes it go up and down it's still way to high for someone 5 ft 5 in and under, your feet will not touch the floor by a couple inches. To solve this just get smaller office chair wheels and put them in instead of the one the chair ships with.

OK chair, the worst customer service possible.
It was between this chair and Secret Labs, went with this because it's about half the price. The chair held up pretty well for about 8 months. I'm a bigger guy (6'3" 265lbs) and I fit well in it, nothing structural broke. The problem was an arm rest, it became loose and swiveled all the way around. I contacted customer service and went through their somewhat cumbersome process. I waited a month with no response, then repeated the process. To date I've never gotten any response from cooler master. The other arm rest has now done the same thing as the other and the first arm rest fell off. I'm currently sitting in a chair with arm rests gorilla glued on. Buyer beware.

Super comfortable! Both the seat and backrest are amazing for me.
I am coming from a secret lab titan chair, and I've got to say, this one absolutely blows the titan out of the park, for me at least. With the titan, the seat was WAY too firm and whenever i'd put my back on the chair, I could feel some kind of bar digging into my back. So I was honestly pretty hesitant buying this chair reading how most chairs are made by the same manufacturer and just rebranded or whatever. I think I'm a bit odd when it comes to chairs because I don't really look for ergonomics and good posture, I mainly just want to sit in whatever position I want, and be completely comfortable. Anyway, I just went on a whim buying this, and 100% don't regret it. Also, in no way am I saying that this chair has bad ergonomics. It comes with the lumbar support, which is actually really neatly attached to the seat (can be removed) and can be moved up and down. I don't have mine on, however, just because I am more comfortable without it. I am super satisfied with the seat cusion. I don't feel any metal bars or anything when i sit down and it is not too firm. The seat is also pretty wide too so if you want to sit cross legged, you totally can. I usually sit with one leg under my other and it is super comfortable. When i lean back on the chair, it is well cushioned as well, nothing digging into my back. Even if i try pushing my back into the chair, i feel nothing but cushion which is amazing. I'd say the only complaint i have about this chair is the headrest. I tried using it and it was just too hard for me, I just swapped it out with my secret lab headrest/pillow though so it's not too big of a deal. So yeah, this chair satisfied the 2 things i was worried about the most when looking at chairs. The seat is cushiony enough for me to sit in it all day and not have my butt hurt. The backrest is comfortable to sit back in. Also it's not $500 so there's that too. I'd say give this chair a shot if you're looking for comfortability like i was!

Broken piece -- other reviews on other websites report the same issue -- returning
UPDATE: Below was my original 4-star review -- however after a single day of use I have decided to return it. The broken lumbar support really does impact the comfort. It moves around and I can't get it to be exactly where it should be. The extending pressure of the adjustable support also doesn't seem to evenly press against my spine like it should. I removed one star for that. I also removed a star because it has an extremely narrow back. Like, the chair seat is super wide, but the back is only comfortable for pencil-people. My back presses into the hard plastic that the mesh is wrapped around. Like, what is the point of the flexible mesh? My back mostly rests against the unforgiving plastic edges, not the flexible mesh in the middle. --- The chair feels very nice overall. It is very nice to sit in. I can sit cross-legged very easily (I am a 6'2" man with big tree-trunk legs), and everything feels comfortable. The tilt-action feels very smooth. I gave 1 star for support because they don't seem to provide support here. Going through the amazon chat process, they say "Amazon is serving as customer support for this product, so you'll have to go through us instead of them" or something like that. Essentially, the only option was to return it, and I would only get my money back after they received the entire chair. I gave 4 stars overall. If it arrived in good condition, I would probably give it 5 stars overall. Some minor things are not there -- the seat has no depth adjustment, which of course I knew ahead of time, and wouldn't be a problem for anyone smaller than me, but now that I'm sitting in it I'm like, "I wish this had depth adjustment..." lol. The headrest can lower itself when you don't want it to if you lean back against it too hard, but once you get used to it it's easy to avoid. The armrests could be a bit more customizable left-to-right (since the chair is so wide, the arm-rests are very wide) but it's okay for everything except for a certain position of typing (most people don't type for hours on end but I do). Assembly was alright, but the booklet they send you is worthless, and they don't tell you about the installation videos they have online, here and on their website. I wish that I had seen the installation video before ripping the zipper. You can't see the tear now that it's assembled, so I managed, but installing the backrest is super awkward and difficult (dare I say impossible?) if you don't know the technique, which they don't show you in the booklet, and you have to position sharp metal hinges tightly over the soft, tearable fabric... Other than those minor things though, the chair really does feel great. The part that was broken on arrival was the lumbar support. It is supposed to move up and down along a plastic guide. The guide was broken in two places, as you can see in the photos. A review I saw on IGN described it exactly as it happened to me. Here is a quote from that IGN review... --- "The problem is that the support attaches onto the bracket with a thin and brittle piece of plastic. When I built the chair, I noticed it was off-kilter. Touching it, it shifted like it wasn’t attached to anything at all. I was surprised to find that I could pull it right out. Doing so revealed a bracket that appears to be missing its middle. I found tiny shards of plastic in the bottom of the box that seemed to match the jagged edges of the plastic, though nothing large enough to complete a rectangular frame or make those pieces whole. Like anyone, sometimes journalists have bad luck and receive something that has been mistreated in transit. Things break, the company usually offers a replacement that represents what normal consumers should expect to receive. Except, in this case the packaging was entirely fine. When I reached out to Cooler Master and they sent a replacement backrest, it too arrived completely fine. Except, its lumbar support was broken in exactly the same way. There were no pieces of plastic in the second box. That both were broken in exactly the same way made me second guess myself. Could this be the way the chairs are supposed to be? But if this were intentional design, it’s not much better. When every competitor’s solution feels solid and intentionally built, to have yours be wobbly, rattly, and able to pull out like a loose tooth is just bad. For the purposes of this review, I was able to fit it back into place. Under pressure from the rear knob and my own back, it worked as intended, though with a bit more wiggle and rattle when I got up." --- I have the exact same feelings. Is it supposed to be like this? It seems to work, but it also seems broken... It's very strange
