I’ve used a different brand of sweet oil for years that I thought were working okay. After using these for 3 to 4 days, I used the Medi Grade irrigation tube. I was amazed how much wax came out; and my hearing improved significantly!! The dropper is amazing also, easy to put 2 drops in instead of more than needed.

The seller and Amazon's service was very good. As concerns the product, I'm about 5 days into the treatment (I used the water syringe at the end of the 5 days). All I've really experienced, so far, is more pronounced tinnitus and a bit more muffled hearing in my affected ear. It may be that the wax hasn't softened enough for the irrigation to work.

I used this exactly as directed, 2 or 3 drops twice a day for 7 days and then used an ear wax removal flushing system I also bought on Amazon. Worked like a charm. I had tried DeBrox with the included syringe and that didn’t work for me. This product softened it up and the flushing machine washed it all out.

I have problems with dry skin in my ears. I have to have them professionally cleaned about once a year. This oil helps me ears feel better and makes cleaning them out a lot easier.
