For this price-point I was expecting excellent results and I am pleased that this face mask delivered on it's promises. It arrived well packaged, with clear guidelines. The product seems manufactured to a high quality, than other brands I have previously tried. The facemask itself is lightweight and compact which I love as I travel a lot. The settings are clear and easy to use. The mobile app works well. I love the fact that there are various treatments instead of a 'one-size-fits all' type of of programme. I have tried it on a few occassions so far, and can visibly see that my skin feels softer, dark lines and winkles have significantly reduced and my complexion feels hydrated. I think this is a much better investment rather than creams and other skincare consumables, that you try over and over again with no results. I have recommended this product to family and friends and can easily recommend to others. Forgot to mention - I really like the contour of this mask, it doesn't get in the way of your nose, mouth and eyes, so you can go about your business whilst improving signs of aging.

I got the this for my wife, and she absolutely loves it! It’s wireless, super easy to use, and really comfortable thanks to the soft silicone design. She’s been using it regularly, and her skin already looks brighter, smoother, and more refreshed after just a few weeks. She loves having different settings to customize her treatments. The only downside is the price, it’s definitely an investment. But considering the results, she thinks it’s totally worth it. If you’re looking for a high-quality LED mask, this one’s a great choice!

Having previously had light treatments as part of hydrafacials and having a couple of friends who are absolute devotees of various different home light masks I was really excited to try the FAQ2 As many of the other reviews mention the silicone material makes the mask extremely comfortable which is definitely a stand out feature vs others on the market. It also seems to give a really even distribution of light. It’s super lightweight but also feels secure, and the wireless is great - you can go about your day with this on seamlessly. The battery lasts a good few uses before having to recharge too. I have been using both the preprogrammed sequences and my own selections most days for the last few (3) weeks and I do think with long term use it will be very beneficial. I’ve got into the habit of using the 5 min programme and a quick pick me up if I am going out in the evening and it genuinely makes my skin look brighter and perks me up after a long day. I hope that foreo consider further developing the app as it was quite hard to set up initially and it’s a bit clunky. For the price I would expect it to be a more seamless experience. It would be great if you could build and store your own favourite programmes too to complement the preloaded ones. This would be a real point of difference vs others on the market which again would help to justify the price. But overall, so far, so good! It’s highly convenient and after a relatively short period seems to be starting to have an effect on my skin.

This is my honest review of the FAQ 202 mask. I am really interested in red light therapy so was excited to try this mask, I thought as it was so expensive it would be amazing but I’m disappointed to say this was not the case. The packaging is nice, in the box you get a charging wire without a plug, this was my first disappointment, paying over £700 for a device you’d think that they would supply a plug. Also included is some silicone cleaning spray for the mask in a small 2fl oz bottle. Before using the mask you have to scan the QR code in the box and connect to the app, on the app there are a couple of different programmes to try with a different selection of lights, or alternatively you can press the power button and click through the lights to choose the colour you want. The colours are Red (420nm), near-infrared (850nm) and purple (450nm) to reduce the signs of ageing, such as fine lines, wrinkles and sagging skin. Blue (650nm), cyan (463nm) and yellow (570nm) soothe inflammation, redness while fading hyperpigmentation and blemishes. Green (519nm) and orange (590nm) wavelengths brighten the skin for an effortless, healthy and glowing complexion. I found the mask uncomfortable it squeezed my nostrils together and it did not cover my whole face, it stopped just above the jawline, I would have expected it to go right past the chin for the price. I also think that the eye holes were too big, the area around the eyes will not benefit because of no light coverage, lastly the power button is in the middle of the forehead so this part of the skin is not getting any light therapy and as well as this feeling uncomfortable where it digs in, it leaves a horrid red mark on my forehead. I did persevere and use the mask 4 times a week for the applicable time but unfortunately I did not notice a difference in my skin. Unfortunately I don’t have any positive comments to say about this mask.

Bu ilk ve son foreo alışverişim oldu. Türkiye temsilcisinin müşteri iletişiminden anladığı yok. Üstelik kurumsal numaraları olmadığı için sizi özelden arayabilecek kadar da gayri resmiler. Ben arayan kişiye nasıl güvebilirim? Fazladan ürün göndermişler. Faturası, kaydı yok. Ürün merkeze ulaştığında kötü niyetli davranılmayacağına nasıl emin olabilirim? Kendi yanlışları için iş saatimde kargo firmasına gitmemi bekliyorlar. Hiç haber vermesem kimsenin umrunda olmayacaktı. Ayni nezaketi Foreo Türkiye'den göremedim. Neyse ki yazışmalar Amazon mesaj sisteminde kayıtlı. İyi ki Amazon'dan almışım. Ürüne gelirsek ergonomik olması için hafif malzeme kullanmaya çalışılmış. Dayanıklı olmayan silikon kısım elinizde kalabilir. Narin bir şekilde temizlemeniz gerekir. Bataryası kısa zamanda bitecek gibi. Tam şarj ettikten sonra ilk gün 25 dklık bakım yaptım, ertesi gün 15. dk'da kapandı. Sadece bu yüzden bile ömürlük bir ürün değil. Üstelik güç aksamı alın bölgesinde kocaman bir alanı LED'siz bırakıyor. Herhangi bir sorun çıktığında olmayan müşteri hizmetleriyle iletişime geçmek yerine, dermatologların önerdiği bir LED maske satın alacağım.

La confezione contiene la maschera in silicone, poggiata su un supporto a forma di viso, il cavo di ricarica e il prodotto per pulirla (questi ultimi due all'interno di un sacchettino nero posizionato sotto il supporto della maschera). Per chi non è maniacale nell'apertura delle confezioni consiglio attenzione perché alcuni punti sono incollati e possono essere rimossi con delicatezza, infatti, a meno che non si voglia acquistare anche la borsa porta maschera, la confezione è necessaria per la corretta conservazione, evitando danni o sporcizia che potrebbe depositarsi L'utilizzo presuppone l'installazione di un app (per chi ha altri dispositivi Foreo confermo che è la stessa) ed il suo utilizzo è molto semplice; ovviamente Foreo mette a disposizione, al solito, solo alcuni programmi di utilizzo, per altri è necessario un abbonamento, personalmente avrei preferito pagare il singolo trattamento.... La maschera è comoda, la fascia di regolazione è abbastanza larga da non dare fastidio ed è possibile muoversi e fare altro mentre la si indossa. Naturalmente Foreo consiglia di usare il suo siero, ma ne esistono in commercio anche altri che rispettano le caratteristiche richieste dal dispositivo: devono essere leggeri e ad assorbimento rapido; non devono contenere vitamina C, a idi esfolianti, retinolo, alcool, fragranze artificiali; meglio quelli con acido ialuronico, niacinamide, peptidi o antiossidanti. Io ho provato il trattamento anti Age che ha 3 step consecutivi di 5 minuti ognuno in cui si alternano luce rossa, viola ed arancione ed ho avvertito lievi differenze di temperatura durante il trattamento che non disturbano. Importante da sapere è come pulire il dispositivo: chi ha altri dispositivi Foreo sa che possono essere puliti con l'acqua e detergenti neutri, in questo caso invece la maschera non può essere lavata sotto l'acqua corrente perché non è impermeabile al 100%, quindi è necessaria qualche attenzione in più. Detto questo, non mi aspetto miracoli ma, usata con costanza, sicuramente potrà aiutarmi a mantenere più curato il mio viso e ad attenuare (spero!) qualche danno dato dall'età 😉

DO NOT BUY. There are NO LIGHTS BEHIND THE LARGE BLACK DIAMOND so half of your forehead and the key area area above your nose/ eyes is completely missed. The eye area is also too big and the nose gets missed so it really only works on your lower cheeks and chin. I bought this to help my rosacea and daughter’s dermatitis which presents predominantly in our eyebrow top of nose area. Upon opening the box I realised there were no lights in that area and the product was not fit for my needs. But they would not refund me my money even though I hadn’t used the product. Their customer service team didn’t offer any kind of support that solved my issue. No refund allowed, could exchange for another of their products (but all their led facemasks have the same issue) or a 20% discount to buy a handheld device to support that missing area (which is a joke given their high cost). I am beyond mad and probably should report them to the ACC in Australia so I hope this review helps other people avoid a really disappointing experience with this company and device.
