Beautiful and functional but very fragile. Handle broke off while cleaning

Purchased this saucepan specifically for simmer pot season! I love that I can see all the colors of dried fruits, herbs, and spices as they simmer and scent my home. Will definitely be using this pot for many other cooking occasions. The handles are small, but sturdy. The lid sits well on the top. Easy to clean and use. I like that there are measurements on the outside of the pot.

This is a beautiful glass pot. It’s perfect for my Christmas simmering of spices. It cleans so easily, It heats up nicely, I have enjoyed mixing all kinds of fruit and spices into the glass pot. The weight even full of water is easily moved when needed. I warmed up soup and it functions perfectly. Enjoy not just the Christmas perfume of spices the beauty of seeing all the colors of the contents.

This is a super dangerous item. Was using as a simmer pot and after about 25 minutes I heard a loud pop. The pot shattered and all the boiling hot liquid started to leak. Fragments of glass were all over my stove. Definitely do not recommend this.

My husband has been dying to try the viral simmer pot so I purchased this for him! It arrived right away and it holds its heat very well! It’s well made and of nice quality. It should last us awhile. The only reason I gave it 4 stars it appeared bigger in the picture. It came and the pot was rather small. Definitely would recommend.

The perfect size for a simmer pot! I use mine all through the holidays, and gift them with simmer packets to friends. Works well on my gas stove.

Bigger than expected, worth the price

We purchased this to do mulled wine and cider as well as hot chocolate during the holidays, which my wife loves to do. We were looking for something aesthetically pleasing since my wife was setting up a “mulling bar” where our guests would add their own alcohol and extra spices, and this clear pot was just right for that. We have been careful to heat it slowly to avoid the risk of breaking, which is a possibility with heating any glass, and so far there have been zero issues. It’s not a super heavy vessel though, I was surprised by how thin and light it felt when it arrived - I was expecting it to be heavier since it’s glass. I knew it was going to be on the small side and we haven’t needed more volume so far, but that’s a consideration if you need to serve more people. These two things are the reason for only 4 stars. I’ve used glass pots in the past and this one is just not quite as high in quality and feels like it won’t be a long-lasting piece in our collection.

I recently purchased the glass cooking pot with high hopes for its heat resisstant durability and functionality in my kitchen.
