I used the smaller bottle of this hot sauce like it's water so I decided to see if there was a larger version. There was indeed a larger version of 1 freaking gallon. Let me tell you that this was one of the best choices I've made in terms of sauces. I use a lot of hot sauce so having access to a gallon it a blessing. One of the best tasting hot sauces in my opinion, more depth than Frank's and Cholula, this is not to fire shots but just stating my opinion. Great stuff, worth the value for sure.

The best flavor and consistency

Valentina hot sauce is amazing! It adds the perfect amount of heat without being overpowering, and the flavor is fantastic. Great for tacos, eggs, or pretty much anything that needs a little extra spice. Highly recommend!

I discovered this hot sauce at Mi Mexico. It was the sauce they had on the table. I tried some, when I was bored, and almost out of chips. My first impression was apprehension, since the smooth chili flavor gave way to a warm smoky sensation, as it went down. I was bracing for it to snap into a throat fire.Nope.Robust chili flavor, followed by a warm smoky mouth hug. It was... pleasant. I had more. Then I poured some onto my hand, and had it straight. I glanced, eyes wide, across the table to the Mrs and said "damn. I just found my favorite hot sauce."I have had Frank's, Cholula, Tapatio, Sriracha, that vinegar Louisiana sauce - Valentina beats them all, with one hand tied down. It's not vinegary, it's fairly thick, and the versatile chili profile works for tacos, chips, eggs, Mac and cheese, nachos, and mixed into nacho cheese.If we ranked the hotness from Tabasco 1 to Ghost pepper 10, it would be a pleasant 3.5 or 4, but the profile is more appealing to more folks without the acid.Valentina is the best hot sauce I have ever had. While I say at the table, I ordered my first bottle.I used it up in 2 months. I kept it in my work lunch box.Then I bought a 2 pack. The first one is half gone. I have ever used this much hot sauce in my life.I'm not surprised though, since it's from Jalisco, home of tequila - my favorite adult beverage.I cannot recommend this sauce as much as it deserves. Just try it once. You'll love it. I promise.

This quickly got here in 5 days from Chula Vista CA via USPS. A good-looking plastic 1.1 gal jug with a convenient molded handle attached. Mine arrived in perfect condition. This sauce is among the best, with great flavor and very mild heat which won't melt your face. I poured the gallon off into 17oz water bottles for my convenience. Maybe too convenient, because I'm already running low. If it was 8 or 10 dollars I would buy more, but I can't afford the 19.I pour some on almost everything I eat.
