Best home gym equipment ever, and I have tried them all. I 100% recommend this to everyone from beginner to Intermediate+ or Advanced -. It is fully assembled, good to go in less than 2 minutes. You can find and use almost any muscle with this. For any of us who have tried a barre class and the instructor says squeeze this muscle and you can't find that muscle or any other, this is for you! It is also good looking, fun to use and very sturdy/stable/comfortable to use. Every time I walk by it, I try another type of exercise. It is very light to move around and takes up no space. I am actually shocked at how good this is.

Item damaged after few month of use. Get it Jul 2024 and broken in Oct 2024. Hope saler ensure the quality of this items as it maybe a dangerous for the user.
