Very good. I notice the difference if I stop taking them.

Nice taste but I had to break it in half as they are large tablets. Very easy on my stomach, which is quite sensitive to iron and other vitamins. I would recommend for anyone looking for vitamins that absorb easily without side effects

I would never be without these. A friend recommended these to me after I had been ill with shingles and needed building up. I thought.... Oh yes .... Just another pack of vits that don't make me feel any different. But actually they do, very much. I have vitality, sleep well, skin and hair is better and powers of thought and energy far improved. Ran out briefly and noticed the difference on cheap vits. And yes, I do eat very well but these make such a huge difference to me that I won't be without them again. You get what you pay for.

I alternate by buying via Amazon and the actual website depending on how quick I need them. Take daily and have done for 4 months consistently. Best vitamins so far. Will continue

Why did you choose this product over others?: This product was recommended by my nutritional therapist because my usual supplement was unavailable. They are as good and cheaper, but the size of the tablet!!! They're huge and not easy to swallow. Capsule form would be so much easier.

I was suggested to take these by a nutritional therapist. I am told they are well worth it, and are more natural than other multivitamins.
