This thing is so love ley and really helped me work out some knots while helping me with my posture. I like to use it on my neck and lower back, very versatile tool.

It made it a little over a month before breaking. The head mount broke\snapped off on one of the heads -- when I opened it up, I found the screws that should be holding both heads on, so it was only a matter of time for either one to break. When it worked it was just ok. I have been through so many of these types of back massagers I'm convinced they all are not built to last beyond 6 months to a year -- usually the cover rips exposing the moving heads before the gearing starts to get stripped out. It ran so slow it took forever to work out the knots in my back, but I thought the low RPMs would put less stress on the parts and it would last longer -- obviously not but that was the hope. This model was not the most or least expensive, so I might as well get the $30-40 models and just burn through them. 1st time with the cordless and really didn't matter either way since I'm usually sitting next to a wall outlet -- so won't be a feature I will look for next time.

It is too heavy for comfort and it takes a lot of recharging. I would like to return this product as soon as possible.

I was excited for this to arrive. I mean who doesn't like or couldn't use a good massage to help with the day to day stress or job related pains you come home with. The massager even can change direction, has a heat function, AND varied speed to top it off. The box it comes in is sturdy enough and handy to store it in after use being it has a handle on it too which is nice. Charges easily and turns from red to green when fully charged. The instructions give you a good feel for what the functions are and how to operate it. The straps give you decent control to keep it where it is positioned as well as how much pressure you want to apply. The area or space between the roller massage heads I think is a little limiting than I anticipated. I mean in regards to the amount of area it massages small. Overall the feel of the device holding it, material around it, etc, seems to be good quality and well made. The heating option works fairly well, I didn't think it was putting out an excessive amount of warmth although I could feel the difference. The massage heads actually glow red as you can view in the short video I added to my review of it in operation. I figured it was easy to see when it was turned on. The background noise if it comes through my apologies it's my air conditioner and not the unit making the noise. Alright sooo my opinion after having used it on various parts of my body. The massage heads are NOT forgiving in terms of being flexible, they are a rigid material. You aren't getting a soft touch massage here by any means, it literally is kneading and pushing into your skin and muscles or whatever it comes in contact with. I wasn't expecting it to be THAT forceful while using it on my neck. It was just going at it too aggressively so I had to turn the speed setting down. I may have been partially to blame holding onto the handles causing it to add more pressure as well. My advice unless you need a deep massage is to simply let it rest on the area and even just hold the back of the unit to your skin gently with your hand. You can always adjust the speed and direction to suit your needs. If something more intense is required to work out knots for example or really tight muscles using the handles may be a better way to go. It does feel good after I got the hang of and knew how the heads feel when it was working. Definitely will be a welcome thing to have when I have more serious issues with knots or muscles that I can't relax with a hot shower or relieve the pain by a topical sports cream.

Got it as a Christmas present for my wife and this things if amazing!

I love how this massager is cordless so I'm not bound to one location when I'm using it. It's like a wrap with two hooks on the sides that you put your arms into. Then you can control how deep the massager needs to go by pulling the loop down. The massager has a kneading motion that can be reversed. It can get intense depending on how hard you pull it down. You can also put it against a chair and lean against it to massage the lower back. I think the massage feel a bit slow and it takes a while to heat up once it starts working then it does a good job at relieving back strain. It's very good to use after a long day of sitting in front of the computer. It's quite compact that it doesn't take up a lot of space. I'm doing a road trip in a few weeks and I'm definitely taking this with me use after a long day or driving.
