Outstanding performance for me on longer use. Wish the price was lower

I absolutely LOVE these headphones! I cannot recommend them enough. I work from home and have a 1 yr old and a 5 yr old. I tested these headphones out by calling my husband while at work and having my 1 yr old in my lap. He started crying and my husband couldn’t hear him at all. These are definitely worth the price for noise cancellation

I really want to like this headset, the range is good, audio quality is fantastic, and microphone is loud and clear for work in an open office or at home. It's comfortable to wear especially if you wear glasses daily, and the noise cancelling features are good for tuning out noise.But I'm on my second headset after barely a year and a half of daily use, the first headset broke on the left headphones less than 4 months in to ownership, which Jabra replaced under warranty. The second headset after a year of use has now broken in the exact same spot, and now no longer under warranty. If I knew this headset would be junk in a year like Apple earbuds are, I would've saved money and not spent $450 on this headset.If you are looking at this headset as it's currently listed as a Wirecutter recommendation, AVOID IT.

I’ve tried a lot of headsets for online meetings, and this one is perfection. It’s extremely comfortable, the noise cancellation is excellent, microphone pick up is crystal clear (according to my coworkers), and the Bluetooth connectivity is seamless. Retracting the boom mic as a physical mute is a nice bonus.

Like the portability as you can reduce it to a relatively small package. Comfortable when putting them on. Sound is also very good.Dislike: the mic inexplicably stops working intermittentently. Maybe it cancels out my voice, but not sure. Very frustrating.

I am a teacher. I bought these headphones so that my students wouldn't hear my background. They hear everything. I am not satisfied with this product.
