Love this sauce,, a little goes a long way. It's very hot, moreish ♡

My favourite scotch bonnet hot pepper sauce which I have been using for many many years, but the bottles are more difficult to find so been buying the squeezy bottles, but the flow is very difficult to control and often comes out in a rush, good thing I like chilli sauce!!

Wonderful Sauce

LOOKS: Bright red with a classic consistency, featuring visible pepper seeds throughout. AROMA: I’m no expert when it comes to describing aromas, but it has that unmistakable, spicy kick. TASTE: It’s hot, but not overwhelmingly vinegary, which I appreciate. This was the first hot sauce I ever tried, and all these years later, I still make sure to keep a bottle in my kitchen. HEAT: It definitely packs a punch! Not the hottest out there, but it delivers a solid, satisfying burn. OVERALL: Coming from the Uk, I remember when Encona was the first widely available hot sauce here—before that, it was mostly mustard and gravy. Originally from the West Indies, it became a staple thanks to the Caribbean community bringing its bold flavors to our tables. Over time, it gained broader popularity, even becoming a favorite among those looking to spice up otherwise bland meals. I just picked up another bottle from the supermarket and can’t wait to drizzle it over my tacos tonight. Highly recommend
