I’ve been using for a couple months and the results are definitely better with consistent use. Tastes great and helps me sleep very deeply. I feel good when I wake up and it makes me sleepy pretty quickly to fall asleep fast. I use beam superpowder for my son and loved it. I was feeling tired every day since my 1.5 year old son keeps me going all day and getting up early, so I decided to try beam dream and I’m glad I did. Melatonin has made me have vivid nightmares and feel tired the next day, but this does not do that even though it has a small amount of melatonin in it.

I had a lot of suspicions when I first decided to try this -- thinking it was another sleep aid scam that was overpriced and did nothing for someone that works overnights like myself; however, I was very wrong. I had a couple of my coworkers try this with me a handful of times, just experimenting, and we were all pleasantly surprised when we all started yawning within 15 minute of drinking it, then completely asleep with 30-35 minutes. It had been some of the most restful sleep I've had in the last 5 years of working overnight that didn't include sleeping a damn-near full 24-hours away to catch up through the week. I even woke up a few times just merely minutes from my alarm for work! I still think the price is a little steep for the size of the bag, to be entirely honest ($50 - $55 per 30 single-scoop servings would make it easier to consider subscribing for). Especially since it doesn't mix very well with hot water or milk, I always have chunks or powder residue as I drink it -- even after stirring it for over 10 minutes. It creates a bad texture for the drink itself. But the product does work really well, in my opinion.

Tastes great and seems to be helping with my sleep

Beam works; it allows me to fall asleep thru the night. I wake up refreshed and clear-minded. I don’t feel drowsy or confused in the morning. When it comes to this particular flavor, this is not my favorite. It is bitter and it has an unpleasant aftertaste.

not sure if it was just me, but this product does not work. Although the taste is good, I took it at 6:30 and at 8:30 I was still wide awake. Don't think I will buy again.

This stuff is amazing! Love a little sweet treat at the end of the night to help me fall asleep. I looking forward to it every night! Can’t wait to try more flavors.

Easy to drink and tastes great. Definitely helps with sleep. Would recommend.
