The only downside to this product is that it comes in a plastic bottle. Apart from the environmental issues with plastic, food also spoils when contained in it. To get the best of this Sweet Chili Sauce one should remove it and store the sauce in better containers such as glass jars or bottles. Additionally, storage is important and the sauce should be stored in a cool cupboard. Leaving it out, especially in direct sunlight, will spoil the sauce. The contents are exactly the same as that of the small bottles bought in supermarkets yet much cheaper due to the volume. Like many other products, I got fed up of paying extortionate prices for small quantities. There are so many products that one can buy in large / bulk sizes and pay 50% or sometimes even less than what it would cost to keep buying small quanities at high prices. One uses the sauce just as one would any other Sweet Chili Suce. It can be used for cooking, chicken tastes very good when cooked in this, or used as a dip. Homemade chicken dippers, fish fingers, fish nuggets etc. etc. go well with this product when it's used as a dip. One can use this when roasting meat, marinading and even for roasting whole chickens on rotisseries. I am recommending this product as apart from it's good quality it is good value when considering the volume one gets compared to those tiny bottles one finds in supermarkets. As I mentioned in the beginning, when buying this, put it in better containers to keep it fresh and tasty, keeping it in the plastic bottle will spoil the taste.

Great value and better than buying a small bottle in the supermarket. Tastes great and goes on everything, particularly good with bacon and as a dip.

What can I say, it's the best tasting sweet chili sauce, I dip most things in it, unless it's a sausage and then it's got to be ketchup.
