This is an awesome bag! The only issue that I was confusion over how to use the power charging cable and connection. Whether I missed it or not, the confusion I had was whether the connection and cable supplied was an input or an output to the power pack that you put optionally inside the case. I initially was thinking that it was an input charging the power pack so your items would be ready for travel. That is not the case. Instead, it is an output for your power pack that is already charged so that you can charge a device from your case to an outside device such as a phone or tablet, etc. Both connections supplied are USB type a connections. This is something to keep in mind when you purchase your power pack and cables for your devices. This is a wonderful bag and an excellent value. I have already put this bag to great use. I use this for an iPad Air 5, Amazon Basics Ultra-Portable Fast Charging Power Bank Battery / 26800mAh, number of cables, USB power adapters, wireless earbuds, pencil and paper and any number of things and there’s plenty of room. It is the perfect size. I am a big guy. It has a long strap and can sling across my chest, to my side and / or slide in front of me while working in a public place so I don’t walk off and forget it. Nice quality tech bag. Perfect for an iPad 11 inch, some portable chargers, and a small notebook. Not too heavy so doesn’t feel ridiculous once it’s full.

I like this bag, but the shape promotes bunching which makes the outer pocket difficult to access when you have a lot on the main pouch. The strap doesn't stay in place so I'm using a button pin to keep it from sliding. The USB is an old Type-A, it's basically useless. The hole created for the USB can be zipped up, but I'd prefer some kind of universal cord hole like we use to have for headphones. All that said, this is one of my favorite bags. It holds a 10inch laptop and an iPad mini easily. I also keep a logi pebble keyboard and mouse in the bag along with a mix of other small items. It works well as an arm rest if you're stuck standing in one place, the strap works for cross the body or one shoulder (after putting a pin at the desired length). The material is tough, and I like the overall look and design. Just tired of gimmicks that effect the overall product quality.

Good for men and women

This was exactly what I was looking for in a personal carry bag. I use it for carrying items I use for church and a bible study I attend each week. The multiple pocket bag makes it easy to keep up with things and the USB A charging port is a bonus, although it requires a power bank to be in the bag also.

Bag is a nice size and every looks durable UNTIL you get to the zipper . It is very cheap and 100% not durable . I've used the bag 4 times and the 4th time opening the bag the zipper opened up and I tried to put it back on track and when I pushed it together the cheap soft metal snapped . I opened it like any normal person would. Not aggressive or abusive . Shame the bag was the right size but its getting returned

Quality product. Spectacular value, adjustable strap, soft felt like interior, durable zippers, and extremely lightweight. I Highly recommend this product.

Zipper quality is bad. Slips easily and now unwinds.
