I can't believe just how much I'd missed seeing my old home photos on CD, until this arrived! I've since found pleasure in researching my family on CD and can do it in my itty-bitty living space.

I have an all in one Lenovo computer that really isn't all that AIO: it doesn't have many ports and has no CD/DVD drive. So this external drive answers my needs.

I hae tried 3 different external dvd writeers on my windows 11 pro desktop, all 3 have failed. I went to Microsoft site and followed several trouble shoting procedures, all have failed in resolving the issue. Windows 11 Pro sees a dvd device but has errors in the driver. If I could find the correct driver I could force windows to update and pssible resolve the issue. I have searched the internet for resolution steps but all point me into installing the specific driver, which is no where to be found.

Earlier today I explained to the vendor that the CD/DVD 7-in-1 player did not work with my Linux OS using the same DVD video. I tried it again just now and it is working correctly using the VLC player. So to be fair, I'm stating that this is a good value for the discounted price that I paid. Also working on my ASUS Laptop which is about 5 or 6 years old.

Nothing to dislike
