The only ashwagandha me and my son will take. These come as tablets so can be broken down to lower dose

Value for money, easy to swallow. Can’t taste them. Other half says he can feel his mood improve whilst taking them.

Had to buy another make due to no longer available

Still testing, gentle so far
Tablets are okay to take. I feel a bit more calm in the evening, but results are not clear yet. No side effects for me. (Check with a doctor if you take other medicines.)
