Fantastic little flashlight. Recharges quickly. Useful during cleaning, highlights urine for thorough bathroom cleaning.

This works really well. The light is bright enough to cause uranium glass to glow during the day or in a brightly lit store, all while the flashlight is pocket sized.

Nice mini UV light. Makes stuff fluoresce nice and brightly. Well compared to the other UV flashlights I have. It's small size makes it easy to carry around unlike those huge hulking UV flashlights.

I thought this was larger & had a surprise when all that was in the big box was a small 4-5 inch UV light, it did come with a battery, which is marked: Lithium 1.5V AA. This is a rather heavy little Light (I’m not sure why it’s made out of what feels like it’s a member of the cast iron family); the light works, but when we took a good look at this small heavy light, the battery does not look like a standard size of any lithium double AA battery that we have in the U.S.A. it’s little box has Printing in Chinese & in German, so we may not be able to replace the battery when it runs out. Nothing in its description on Amazon tells anything about the source of the battery & all we could find on the box in English is: for EU & UK, so that might mean that this can not function on US battery power. If we are able to update this review after the battery dies, we’ll let you know if we can use American batteries in it.

So far, so good. The lights are solid and quite bright, they sure do light up the glowers in my mineral collection. Definitely worth the investment!

Great little UV light. Illuminates well in dim/dark locations. I wanted one that was a small size and that used regular batteries, and 365nm and this ticks all boxes. It's solidly built and feels like it should be rugged enough, if treated normally. It's fairly bright, especially reflected off of brightly illuminated surfaces, so avoid looking directly at the beam, and wear some UV protective eyewear if using to illuminate items up close or for long periods of time. Otherwise it works nicely. Recommended.

I had to return this unfortunately as the UV beam just isn’t strong enough. In the video I am shining this one (the weaker one) versus a more expensive better quality UV flashlight ($40), and you can really tell the difference in what it shows, and the strength of the beam. If you’re looking for a super cheap UV flashlight and don’t care much for having it be super strong and accurate, this is a good price. It feels sturdy enough and comes with a battery, plus it’s super light and has a clip to attach to your belt if you’d like. Comfortable to hold too, but just doesn’t match my needs.

This worked beautifully in determining if my cat caught ringworm. It’s the appropriate wavelength to fluoresce ringworm (wood lamp test) which shows up candy apple green. Not all variety of ringworm fluoresces under black light. It allowed me to already have a diagnosis and get a jump start on medication before seeing the vet. It also works well in looking for stains on carpet.
